Zamias Services (814-535-3563) opened a satellite office in Pittsburgh, PA and a regional office in North Dallas, TX. The company is headquartered in Johnstown, PA. The openings were necessitated by the companys 100 percent growth over the last 24 months.
Brandywine Realty Trust (610-325-5600) elected Robert Larson to its board of directors. Larson is currently a managing director of Lazard Freres & Co., LLC and chairman of Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors, LLC. He comes to his new position with more than thirty years of senior level management experience.
J.P. Morgan (770-351-8350) announced the hirings of Christine Wojick and Larry Edmiston. Wojick joins the Atlanta production team as Vice President in Origination. She served previously as Securitization Manager at Fleet Real Estate Capital and also had a stint at Llama Capital. Edmiston joins the Denver production team as Vice President in Origination. He comes to the company from Wells Fargo Bank where he served as VP and regional director for the Commercial Mortgage Origination group.
Grubb & Ellis (714-939-6034) promoted Mark Einbund to senior vice president. Einbund has worked at the company for the last 12 years. During that time, he was one of the companys top producers in the sale and leasing of retail properties throughout the Los Angeles, CA basin.
Edgemark LLC (312-654-8900) was formed by five principals of Tanguay-Burke-Stratton. The new firm will specialize in retail leasing, asset and construction management and investment brokering. Mark Tanguay and Brad McNealy will serve as managing principals. The firms executive committee also includes Michael Wesley, principal, retail leasing; Leonard Cerone, Jr., principal, asset management; and Jeff Kowal, principal, investment brokerage.

Girard will seek out suitable acquisition targets, securing financing, develop banking relationships, ferret out new investors, obtain refinancing and help grow the companys portfolio in her new capacity.
