Lease Signings

Michael Salove Company Commercial Real Estate (610-664-6488) leased 48,000 sq.ft. to Homelife Furniture Store at The Metroplex, a 750,000 sq.ft. power center currently under construction at I-476 and Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The center is being developed by the Goldenberg Group and will be anchored by Target and Lowe’s Home Center. The company leased 40,750 sq.ft. to Homelife Furniture Store at Ashbridge Square, a 400,000 sq.ft. shopping center currently under construction at Business Route 30 and Route 30 Bypass in Downingtown, PA. Other retailers in the development include Home Depot, Croppers Supermarket, Cost Less Home Store and Staples. The center is being developed by B&S Pike Associates, L.P. Michael Salove Company leased 55,000 sq.ft. to Sears Hardware Store at Phoenixville Town Center, a 295,000 sq.ft. shopping center currently under construction at Routes 23 and 113 in Phoenixville, PA. The shopping center will be anchored by Kmart, Giant Foods and Eckerd Drug. The center is a development of Longview Development, L.P.

Robinson Sigma Commercial Real Estate Inc. (757-490-3300) leased 3,440 sq.ft. to Simply Fashion Stores at Langley Square Shopping Center in Hampton, VA.

HC Properties (303-571-0700) leased 66,000 sq.ft. in Littleton, CO and 65,000 sq.ft. in Westminster, CO to Gart Sports.

Walpert Properties (314-567-1221) leased 15,000 sq.ft. to Save-A-Lot in East St. Louis, IL and 15,000 sq.ft. to Save-A-Lot at Riverview Plaza in St. Louis, MO.

Atlantic Retail Properties (781-768-3600) leased 100,437 sq.ft. to Home Depot in Burlington, MA; 24,049 sq.ft. to Staples in Seekonk, MA and 23,500 sq.ft. to OfficeMax in New Britain, CT.

Woodmont Realty Associates, Inc. (817-732-4000) leased 25,200 sq.ft. to Goody’s in Mount Pleasant, TX; 23,942 sq.ft. to Staples in Allen, TX and 39,960 sq.ft. to Ross Stores, Inc. in Houston, TX.

R.J. Brunelli & Co. (732-721-5800) leased 64,880 sq.ft. to A&P in Holmdel, NJ; 54,934 sq.ft. to Edwards Supermarkets in South Brunswick, NJ and 24,550 sq.ft. to Barnes & Noble Books in Holmdel, NJ.
