United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks (214-526-6262) brokered the leasing of 6,000 sq.ft. to Prestige Rental at Northwest Abrams Shopping Center in TX. The company also brokered the leasing of 5,720 sq.ft. to Jefferson Dental at Whiterock Marketplace in Dallas, TX.
Pace Properties (314-394-3301) leased 3,049 sq.ft. from GRP Properties on behalf of Radio Shack at 600 Mason Ridge Center located in St. Louis, MO. Grubb & Ellis Krombach Partners represented the lessor.
Edgemark, LLC (630-472-1010) brokered the leasing of 30,000 sq.ft. to Home Goods at Long Run Market Place located in Lemont, IL; 24,000 sq.ft. to Harlem Furniture at Prairieview Shopping Center located in Morton Grove, IL; 9,750 sq.ft. at State Street Market Place located in Rockford, IL and 8,700 sq.ft. at GFS Center located in Burbank, IL, both to Dollar Tree; and 4,000 sq.ft. to Rentway at Riverside Shopping Center located in Chicago, IL.
KLNB, Inc. (410-290-0100) brokered the leasing of 6,950 sq.ft. for Furniture Now at Crossroads Park located on Route One in Jessup, MD. The company also brokered the subleasing of 9,600 sq.ft. to Same Day Mattress (from Stroehmann Bakeries) located on Route One in Elkridge, MD.
Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) leased 10,000 sq.ft. to Family Dollar at Forrest Mart Shopping Center located on Fairburn Road in Douglasville, GA. The center is anchored by Heilig-Meyers Furniture, while other tenants include Aaron Rents and Lab Corp.
Grubb & Ellis (202-775-7645) brokered the leasing of 3,600 sq.ft. to Long & Foster from Van Wyk Enterprises for the purposes of building a retail project on the site located on Foxcroft Avenue in Martinsburg, WV. The company’s south FL office (813-639-1111) leased 112,044 sq.ft. to Garden Ridge at Cutler Ridge Mall located in South Miami-Dade, FL. The store is slated to open during the first quarter of 2001.
