Prior to joining the firm, Anglin was controller of the Marquis Companies, a real estate development and construction company with assets mainly in the southern U.S.
DLC Management Corporation (914-631-3131) announced that Guy Morris joined the firm as senior vice president for acquisitions and marketing. Prior to joining the company, Morris worked as senior managing director for investment sales at Garrick-Aug Store Leasing, Inc.
Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) appointed Brett Womack as principal of DRE’s Richmond office. Womack will manage all aspects of the office’s operations, which cover metropolitan Richmond and central and western VA. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Womack was vice president of DRE’s Charlotte office where she specialized in tenant representation and site selection.

Prior to joining the firm, Jinn worked as senior consultant with EY Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, the real estate arm of Ernst & Young, LLP. The company also announced that David Monahan joined the firm as associate vice president. Monahan was an associate with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. where he was responsible for the coordination and disposition efforts for various clients.

Manhoff formerly worked as senior vice president at McShea & Company before joining the firm.
