New ConstructionFancher/Kaser Partners is building a 75,000 sq.ft. addition to Columbiana Place in Columbia, SC. The center will total 210,000 sq.ft. and is adjacent to the Columbiana Mall. The center is scheduled to open spring 2002. The company is also developing the retail portion of a 1.1 million sq.ft. mixed-use development in Charlottesville, VA. Gemini Development LLC will build the 450,000 sq.ft. Oneida Lakes Outlet Village located at the intersection of the Interstate 90 and State Route 13 less than 25 miles west of Syracuse, NY. The first phase of the center (200,000 sq.ft.) is scheduled for a spring 2003 opening. The development is located near the Turning Stone Casino Resort and within a one-hour drive of Syracuse, Utica and Binghamton. Tarragorn Development Company is developing the Lakeland Town Center in Auburn, WA. The $26 million center will be anchored by Top Food & Drug and is located in a 1,000-acre master planned community at Lake Tapps Plateau in Auburn. The center is scheduled to open in spring of 2002.
