Harold Friedman, Inc. trades as Friedman’s and Bilo Supermarket at seven locations in PA and WV. The supermarkets occupy freestanding locations, downtown areas, mixed-use and strip centers. Plans call for expansion in PA and WV during the coming 18 months. The company is flexible on specific improvements and tenant improvement allowances. Leases running 15 to 20 years with three five-year options are typical.
