The real estate firm has retained KNLB Inc. to gauge interest from restaurant chains and retailers in developing 28 acres on Cromwell Park Drive in Baltimore MD. The asking price for the land is $750 000 per acre. The company also is the exclusive broker for Electronics Boutique. The company was chosen to oversee the video game and PC entertainment store’s expansion program which includes the addition of 20 store locations.

Crown American Realty Trust (814-536-9520) is the exclusive management and leasing agent for the 655 556 sq.ft. Laurel Mall in Laurel MD. The mall located at the intersection of Route 1 and Cherry Lane is anchored by Hecht’s JCPenney and Burlington Coat Factory. Area demographics include a trade area population of 377 000 earning an average household income of $73 454. The two-year contract commenced this month.

Royal Properties also is representing Curves For Women which is looking to open 25 units of 1 000 sq.ft. to 1 800 sq.ft. in strip centers and downtown locations throughout Westchester Rockland and Putnam Counties NY and Bergen County NJ. The company additionally represents Aim Mail Center which is seeking five locations of 800 sq.ft. to 1 200 sq.ft. in power and strip centers throughout NJ and CT. Royal Properties also is representing MotoPhoto which is looking to open four units of 1 200 sq.ft. to 1 800 sq.ft. in power and strip centers throughout Westchester Rockland and Putnam Counties NY. The company also is representing Mailboxes Etc. which is seeking 10 units of 1 200 sq.ft. to 1 800 sq.ft. in power and strip centers and downtown locations in Westchester and Rockland Counties NY and Fairfield County CT. Madison Marquette Realty Services (952-852-5200) is the exclusive management and leasing agent for the Shaw’s portfolio of retail properties. The eight properties total 587 069 sq.ft. and are located in MA ME and RI. Major tenants include Shaw’s Grocery Walgreens Osco Victory Supermarkets and CVS. The company was awarded the portfolio by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.
