CarrAmerica Urban Development LLC is developing Terrell Place a 478 000 sq.ft. office and retail development in Washington DC. The project is located at 575 Seventh Street Northwest and will consist of 439 000 sq.ft. of office space and 39 000 sq.ft. of retail space. Construction is scheduled to be complete by August 2003.

Sleiman Enterprises has proposed the development of The Retail Center at Regency in Jacksonville FL. The project calls for four structures totaling 275 066 sq.ft. comprising stores of 197 521 sq.ft. 30 000 sq.ft. 29 920 sq.ft. and 17 625 sq.ft. and five outparcels of 0.91 to 1.26 acres.

S.E. Spohn Construction Company is developing Grand Point on 13-acres in Grandville MI. The project will feature a 27 000 sq.ft. La-Z-Boy an International House of Pancakes and a DSW shoe store. The development also includes two office buildings of 13 000 sq.ft. and 28 000 sq.ft. and a 10 000 sq.ft. retail building.

Prost Builders Inc. proposed a 43-acre development at the intersection of Route Y and U.S. 63 in Ashland MO called Ashland Crossing. The project will include a grocery store department store hotel restaurants a gas station an apartment complex for seniors retail stores offices and a distribution warehouse. If city officials approve the proposal construction is slated to begin in the Spring with stores opening eight months later.

Cencor Realty Services and Haggard Properties are planning a 120 000 sq.ft. to 130 000 sq.ft. retail development in Plano TX. If approved the 15-acre project will be called Windhaven Pavillion. In addition the company is considering a 70 000 sq.ft. expansion to Windhaven Plaza a 181 000 sq.ft. center that is anchored by a Kroger and Academy Sports.

Gulfside Development Inc. is developing Downtown Dadeland a $150 million mixed-use re-urbanization project at the intersection of North Kendall Drive and Dadeland Boulevard in Dadeland FL. The 7.5-acre site which formerly housed a Cadillac dealership will include 330 condominium residences and 150 000 sq.ft. of retail space as well as office space.
