Lease SigningsRipco Real Estate (610-834-8000) brokered the lease of 1,900 sq.ft. to Payless Cleaners at Henderson Square in King of Prussia, PA. The 100,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Genuardis Market and Staples.
Michael Salove Company (610-664-8100) has brokered two leases for Organized Living. The retailer took 19,881 sq.ft. at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake in Concord Township, PA. The 160,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center is being developed by Wynnewood Development and will open in March. The home-related chain will also open a 25,689 sq.ft. store at The Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton, NJ. The 276,000 sq.ft. center will open mid-2001 and is being developed by Davis Enterprises. The company has also brokered the following leases at Columbus Crossing Shopping Center in Philadelphia, PA: Old Navy took 25,000 sq.ft., Cost Less Home Stores leased 22,000 sq.ft., Famous Footwear took 10,100 sq.ft., Lane Bryant took 6,000 sq.ft., Coconuts Music & Movies took 4,000 sq.ft., AT&T leased 3,000 sq.ft. and Bath & Body Works took 2,560 sq.ft.
Synergy Retail Group (561-395-6060) brokered the lease of 36,536 sq.ft. to Circuit City at University Commons in Boca Raton, FL. The 165,000 sq.ft. center will be anchored by Barnes & Nobles, Bed Bath & Beyond, Whole Foods and Organized Living and will open Spring 2001. The company also brokered the lease of 108,000 sq.ft. to BJs Wholesale Club at Boulevard West Plaza in Boynton Beach, FL.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) brokered leases for the following clients in New York City, NY: The Sharper Image leased 4,429 sq.ft. at 50 Rockefeller Plaza. Zales Jewelers took 2,400 sq.ft. at 170 Fifth Avenue at West 22nd Street in the Flatiron District.
Glimcher Realty Corporation (209-477-0245) leased Hot Topic and Limited Too space in Weberstown Mall in Stockton, CA.
Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) brokered the lease of 2,430 sq.ft. to Baja Fresh Mexican Grill at Mission Valley West Shopping Center in San Diego, CA.
Wolff Companies (713-626-8050) has sold a 17-acre parcel to SAMs Club at the First Crossing development in Houston, TX. The company will build a 128,000 sq.ft. store that will coanchor the mixed-use development with a Wal*Mart Supercenter.
The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased 5,786 sq.ft. to Rax Roast Beef at Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville, OH. Sigma National Realty (804-320-6100) has brokered a 45,000 sq.ft. lease for Goodys Family Clothing in Columbiana, SC. The power center is scheduled to open summer 2001 and an anchor spot is still available.
Mid-America Real Estate (630-954-7300) has leased Wickes Furniture 45,000 sq.ft. of the 70,000 sq.ft. former Kohls location at Hawthorn Hills Fashion Square in Vernon Hills, IL. The company is also the exclusive leasing agent for the remaining space.
U.S. Equities Realty, LLC (312-456-7000) brokered the lease of 1,137 sq.ft. to Van Cleef & Arpels Jewelers at 636 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL. The French jeweler will open in spring 2001 next door to the 2,300 sq.ft. Cartier store, which has just signed a long-term lease renewal with U.S. Equities Realty.
CT Realty Corporation (949-752-5115) leased 30,000 sq.ft. to Heritage Gallery at North County Outlet Center in San Marcos, CA. The 10-year lease is valued at $3,095,247. The company also leased Arizona Leather 15,000 sq.ft. for a 10-year term valued at $1,960,323 in the center. |
