Lease Signings

The Sansone Group (314-727-6664) brokered the lease of 6,373 sq.ft. to Seasons Spa & Salon at Ronnie’s Plaza in St. Louis, MO.

Wynnewood Development, Inc. (610-664-1400) brokered the lease of 6,090 sq.ft. to Eddie Bauer at The Shoppes at Britton Lake in Concordville, PA. The apparel retailer will open in the spring at the 153,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center. Eddie Bauer operates 436 stores nationwide.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, Inc (859-224-2000) leased 39,000 sq.ft. to Kroger Company at Chinoe Center in Lexington, KY. Kroger will expand the former Winn-Dixie site and will add a pharmacy in the store.

Winick Property Group (212-792-2600) leased 7,500 sq.ft. to the former owners of Moonba restaurant at 331 Park Avenue South in New York, NY. The group will open an Asian-inspired restaurant in the former Off Track Betting site in the Park Avenue South neighborhood.

Equity Investment Group (404-364-2984) has brokered leases for the following tenants: Food Lion leased 37,895 sq.ft. on a 20-year term and Rent A Center took 5,254 sq.ft. on a five-year term at Newmarket South Shopping Center in Newport News, VA; Furniture Plus took 26,214 sq.ft. on a five-year term at Northeast Plaza in Atlanta, GA; Best Dollar leased 4,200 sq.ft. at Gordon Village Shopping Center in Augusta, GA; Dots took 3,750 sq.ft. on a five-year term at Holyoke Shopping Center in Holyoke, MA and Hair Affair leased 1,410 sq.ft. for a five-year term at Olympia Corners in Olympia Fields, IL.

Mainardi Management Company (973-696-9265) signed two leases in its 56,000 sq.ft. Franklin Shopping Center in Franklin, NJ. The Rag Shop leased 15,175 sq.ft. and Harmon Cosmetics took 7,200 sq.ft. in the center located at Routes 23 and 631.

Macerich Company (510-969-7600) has signed leases for Pacific View Mall with the following tenants: Old Navy leased 19,976 sq.ft.; California Pizza Kitchen took 4,800 sq.ft.; The As Seen on TV Store leased 1,480 sq.ft. and MCI took a kiosk site. The center is now 85% leased.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) leased 2,520 sq.ft. to Warehouse Creek Yacht Sales on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach, VA.

Kovac Commercial Inc. (916-920-8244) brokered the lease of 29,027 sq.ft. to Ross Stores at JC Penney/Mervyn’s Shopping Center in Citrus Heights, CA.

The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased 1,514 sq.ft. to Zales Jewelers at Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport, WV.
