Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation is seeking retail property within a 75-mile radius of New York City, NY. The company will consider taxpayers from 1,500 sq.ft. and shopping centers from 20,000 sq.ft. to over 500,000 sq.ft. Burnham Pacific Properties Inc. sold three shopping centers to Retail Ventures for $109.9 million. Retail Value is a joint venture consisting of Developers Diversified Realty, Coventry Real Estate Partners and Prudential Real Estate Investors. IRT Property Company sold the 71,443 sq.ft. Chester Plaza in Chester, SC for $2.25 million. The company also acquired the 118,537 sq.ft. Pine Ridge Square in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The transaction was valued at $11.6 million. IRT Property is a REIT with a portfolio of centers in the Southeastern U.S.
