DJM Realty Services/ ChainLinks Retail Advisors (631-752-1100) will be the exclusive coordinator for 38 recently closed Pep Boys locations nationwide. The properties average 20,000 sq.ft. and are concentrated in the Northeast, Midwest and Pacific Northwest. DJM, through its association with ChainLinks, will be able to provide local service as well as national coordination.

Garrick-Aug Associates (212-557-9090) is the exclusive agent for 3,300 sq.ft. of space at 101 Prince Street in New York, NY. The site has 25 feet of frontage located between Mercer and Greene Streets and is currently a Jerry’s. The company will also handle the 800 sq.ft. at 214 Mulberry Street located between Prince and Spring Streets in the Nolita section of Manhattan in New York, NY. The comapny will also handle two Fifth Avenue properties between 27th and 29th Streets. 260 Fifth Avenue has 40 feet of frontage and 5,000 sq.ft. on each of the basement and ground floor levels plus 1,800 sq.ft. on the mezzanine. The building is tenanted by Maison Soussan and Crest Linens. 244 Fifth Avenue has 25 feet of frontage and 3,000 sq.ft. on the ground level, 1,000 sq.ft. in the basement and 1,000 sq.ft. on the mezzanine. Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9392) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the 80,000 sq.ft. Pompano Plaza Shopping Center in Pompano Beach, FL. The site is located on South Federal Highway.

NYC Realty, Inc. (201-227-9792) is the exclusive broker for Rite Aid properties for central NJ, metropolitan New York City to the Canadian border of NY. The company also has the listing for 140 Church Street, New York, NY, an 18-year sublease from Rite Aid of 9,226 sq.ft. with a 4,074 sq.ft. basement. The asking price is $85/sq.ft. gross.

Cohen & Company, Inc. (212-679-1222) is the exclusive agent for the Bay Shore Mall in Cape May, NJ and the Georgetown Plaza in Georgetown, DE. Broker cooperation is welcomed.

CIM Group (323-860-4900) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Twohy Building located at First Street and Paseo de San Antonio in San Jose, CA. The ground floor of the building will have a Pane e Vino restaurant and a sports bar.

CB Richard Ellis (602-735-5555) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Junction Shoppes, a neighborhood center in Apache Junction, AZ. A 62,500 sq.ft. Fry’s grocery store, Blockbuster Video, Walgreen’s and Taco Bell anchor the center. An addition to the center is scheduled to open in March with The Mattress Firm, H&R Block, Domino’s Pizza, Great Clips and Tots Unlimited. The center is being developed by Aspen Enterprises.
