Goldschmidt & Associates has begun construction on the 36,000 sq.ft. Route Six Shopping Center in Yorktown, NY. The center will include a 10,125 sq.ft. freestanding CVS Pharmacy and a 25,875 sq.ft. multi-tenant building. Charlie Browns Steakhouse leased 8,100 sq.ft. and a national convenience tenant is in negotiations for another 2,250 sq.ft. The center is located at the intersection of Route Six and Mohegan Avenue and is scheduled to open summer 2001. Lee Jamieson is developing an expansion to Northwest Promenade in Bakersfield, CA that would increase the centers size to 440,000 sq.ft.
