Real Estate Professionals Making The NewsPace Properties, Inc. (314-968-9898) hired David C. Lapee to join its retail development group based in St. Louis, MO.
Stiles Corporation (954-627-9300) promoted Raymond Hensler to president of its Nashville, TN division. Hensler has been with the company for six years, most recently as senior development manager. Prior to joining the Stiles Corporation, Hensler was a commercial lender at NationsBank. He will oversee the company’s Nashville, TN operations including the 80,400 sq.ft. Campbell Station Shopping Center (currently under construction) and International Plaza near the Nashville International Airport.
Katz & Associates (508-655-5600) hired Robert V. Blanchflower to be director of real estate for the Northeast Region. Blanchflower had operated Blanchflower Realty Inc. since 1982 working with developers and management firms throughout New England. He has also served as real estate director for Papa Ginos of North America.
Snell & Wilmer (949-253-2700) hired Steven A. McHolm and Daniel K. Winton as partners to its commercial finance and real estate group in Irvine, CA. Both men have over 25 years of experience and join Snell & Wilmer from Paone, Callahan, McHolm & Winton. McHolm is a member of ICSC.
CB Richard Ellis (760-341-2272) promoted Maggie Montez to vice president from retail properties specialist in the Indian Wells, CA office. Montez has been with the company since 1995.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) promoted Robert Cohen a principal and executive vice president in the company. Cohen has worked with Prada, Old Navy and Banana Republic while with the firm. Cohen has been with RKF since 1998, after serving as a managing director for Garrick-Aug Company.
Millennium Properties, Inc. (312-338-3003) hired Chad M. Firsel as vice president of investment sales. Firsel will focus on the acquisition and disposition of real estate.
Zifkin Realty & Development, LLC (312-575-8650) added brokers Jonathan Schaefer and Darren S. Lake to the Chicago office. Schaefer has three years experience in the industry, most recently with Kowit & Passov. Lake joins the company from Vail Resorts, Inc. where he worked in guest services.
Grubb & Ellis of Metropolitan Washington (202-775-7600) has promoted John N. Wharton to Senior Associate. Prior to joining the company, Wharton worked with the Greater Washington Initiative and the marketing and economic division of the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
