Bayer Properties, Inc. is developing a 600,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center in Grafton, WI. The 75-acre site is located at the intersection of Interstate 43 and Highway 60 and may include department and clothing stores, restaurants and a movie theater complex. Fiduciary Real Estate Development is partnering on the development which is scheduled to open in late 2003 or early 2004.

RDSK will develop a grocery-anchored center located near the intersection of Sherron Road and NC 98 in Durham, NC. The center will be anchored by a 38,000 sq.ft. grocery store and will also be tenanted by two restaurants. The site is near Village Creek housing development which will include 1,350 single-family homes, 1,000 townhomes and 330 apartments.

Collett and Associates is marketing the Manchester Village shopping center in Rock Hill, SC. The development will be anchored by a 125,000 sq.ft. Target store which is scheduled to open in mid-October. The mixed-use project has a 160,000 sq.ft. building that will be tenanted by two discount clothiers, a shoe retailer, home furnishings, craft and import stores and a bookstore with a coffee shop. The project includes a 12-screen theater, a 127-room hotel, townhouses and an office building. The Target building will have 30,000 sq.ft. of leasable space.

The Rouse Company may develop a mixed-use center on 100 acres located along GA Route 400 in south Forsyth County, GA. The site is located between the Union Hill and McFarland Road exits and the phased project is scheduled to open by 2005.
