Donahue Schriber (714-545-1400) promoted Mark Whitfield to executive vice president of development and hired Jeffrey Chambers as vice president of development. Whitfield has been with the company since 1990 and is responsible for both development and acquisitions. He is a member of the executive committee and has over 25 years experience. Chambers will be responsible for sourcing and managing development and acquisitions in the southern CA and NV markets. Chambers has served previously as director of development and acquisitions at ICI Development Company and has over 20 years experience.

NAI Erwin L. Greenberg (410-837-2500) hired Michael L. Dietrich as senior vice president, director of acquisitions. Dietrich will be responsible for identifying, underwriting, contract negotiation and closing acquisitions. Dietrich had served previously as the founder and president of The Briarwood Group. The company also hired F. Gus Siperko, Jr. as chief financial officer. Siperko, Jr. has served previously as vice president and chief financial officer at Otis Warren Management Company, Inc. and with W.C. & A.N. Miller Companies.
