Lease Signings

Ramsey Real Estate Group (619-233-0825) leased 1,850 sq.ft. to Hogue of La Jolla at Prospect Square in La Jolla, CA. The 32,950 sq.ft. center has recently undergone a $3 million renovation.

Winick Realty Group (212-792-2600) leased 3,100 sq.ft. to restauranteur Jeffrey Choderow at 68 West 58th Street in New York, NY. Choderow will open Red Square, New York, the fourth in the chain of restaurants offering exotic homestyle food with a Russian flare.

Hallmark & Johnson (773-545-6160) brokered the lease of 2,350 sq.ft. to Minuteman Press at Lynn Plaza in Wheeling, IL. The 100,000 sq.ft. community center is located at Dundee Road and Old McHenry Road and has an average daily traffic count of 70,000 cars. The center has spaces of 15,750 sq.ft. and 3,000 sq.ft. available.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) brokered the lease of 700 sq.ft. to Neuhaus Chocolate Boutique at 2149 Broadway, between 75th and 76th Streets in New York, NY. The company signed a 10-year lease for its second New York City location.

United Commercial Realty (214-526-6262) brokered the lease of 10,279 sq.ft. to Salon Versailles at Six Flags Village in Arlington, TX. The center is located at North Collins Road and Road to Six Flags and has 4,720 sq.ft. available. The company also brokered the lease of 3,500 sq.ft. to Blockbuster Video at Northside Marketplace in Fort Worth, TX. The Winn-Dixie anchored center is located north of Jacksboro Highway on Highway 183.

Ripco Real Estate Corporation (610-834-8000) brokered the lease of 5,000 sq.ft. to Kitchen & Bath Store on Main Street in Doylestown, PA. The store will be the company’s second in the Philadelphia, PA market.

Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) brokered the lease of 966 sq.ft. to Prestige Travel at Plaza Paseo Real Shopping Center in Carlsbad, CA. The lease is for a five-year term valued at $122,432. The company also brokered the lease of 1,200 sq.ft. in the same center to General Nutrition Corporation for a five-year term valued at $169,228. The company brokered the lease of 1,200 sq.ft. to Artrageous! at the Encinitas Ranch-Phase II in Encinitas, CA. The lease is for a five-year term valued at $223,933.

Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation (317-808-6175) leased 23,036 sq.ft. to Sofa Express at Cub Plaza in Indianapolis, IN. The store is the company’s first in IN and will open in late March. The company also leased 15,625 sq.ft. to Guitar Center at Castleton Marketplace in Indianapolis, IN. The location will also be the company’s first in IN.

Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) brokered the following leases: The Bedding Experts leased 3,500 sq.ft. at Rollins Crossing in Round Lake Beach, IL and 3,100 sq.ft. at Schaumburg Commons in Hanover Park, IL. AVENUE leased 4,500 sq.ft. at Woodfield Village Green in Schaumburg, IL and 6,165 sq.ft. at Village Crossing Shopping Center in Skokie, IL. The company brokered the lease of 840 sq.ft. to Bethel Cleaners and 3,500 sq.ft. to Learning Express at Williams Corner in Kenosha, WI.

The Staubach Company (206-441-8787) brokered the lease of two WA locations for Staples. The locations are a 23,829 sq.ft. site at 13240-8 Aurora Avenue North in Seattle and a 24,261 sq.ft. site at 14907 Fourth Street Northwest in Burien.
