Lease Signings

Brandt Retail Group (513-984-0800) brokered the lease of 3,101 sq.ft. for Aioli Bistro to open in the site of the former Peterson’s located at 700 Elm Street in Cincinnati, OH. The company brokered the lease of 12,000 sq.ft. to JoAnn Fabrics at Cobblewood Plaza in Cincinnati, OH and 11,895 sq.ft. to Tuesday Morning at Burnett Square in Cincinnati, OH. The company also brokered the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. to RentWise for a store on Madison Avenue in Covington, KY.

Stiles Corporation (954-627-9300) brokered the following leases: Quizno’s took 960 sq.ft. at Boulevard Square in Pembroke Pines, FL; Import Extrordinaire leased 9,520 sq.ft. at North Palm Marketplace in The Village of North Palm Beach, FL; Colonial Bank leased 1,672 sq.ft. at 300 Las Olas Place in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Learning Masters took 960 sq.ft. at Daniels Crossing in Fort Myers, FL.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 4,370 sq.ft. to the Atlanta Bread Company at Severna Park Marketplace in Severna Park, MD. The center is located at 551 Governor Ritchie Highway and is anchored by Giant, Kohl’s, Office Depot and Radio Shack. Atlanta Bread Company operates 82 units nationwide. The company also leased 2,400 sq.ft. to Starbucks Coffee at 433 Cleveland Street in Clearwater, FL. Starbucks operates over 3,800 locations worldwide.

Starwood Urban Investments (202-478-4600) signed three leases on the Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, FL. Premaman will open its third U.S. location in late spring, Real Life Basic will open its second Miami location this summer and Philipe Spa will open its second location by early fall.

Security Square Mall (410-265-5810) leased 3,563 sq.ft. to Finish Line. The Baltimore, MD center is anchored by Old Navy, Burlington Coat Factory, Hecht’s, JC Penney Outlet Store, Sears and Wards. The Finish Line has over 450 locations nationwide.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide (212-557-9090) brokered the lease of 600 sq.ft. to fresh, inc. at 388 Bleecker Street in New York, NY. The term of the lease is ten years. The store is fresh, inc.’s third in Manhattan.

The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased 11,560 sq.ft. to Raphael Oliveira at College Plaza in Alliance, OH. The company also leased 5,289 sq.ft. to American Eagle Outfitters at Southland Mall in Marion, OH.

Ripco Real Estate (610-834-8000) brokered the lease of 7,831 sq.ft. to Montessori Charter School at Vermillion Square Shopping Center in Levittown, PA.

Michael Salove Company (610-664-8100) brokered the lease of 10,140 sq.ft. to Bryn Mawr Stereo & Video in Willow Grove, PA. The company has also leased space in the Black Horse Pike Consumer Square in Hamilton, NJ.

Newcastle Properties (847-480-9700) brokered the following leases: 68,626 sq.ft. to Fleming Companies (Food 4 Less) at Sun Plaza in Kenosha, WI; 5,000 sq.ft. to Chatham Beauty Supply at Southwest Square in Harvey, IL; 4,000 sq.ft. to Glidden Paints at Westmont Village in Westmont, IL; 3,500 sq.ft. to VoiceStream Communications at Ogden Mall in Naperville, IL; 1,990 sq.ft. to Dollar Plus at Tradewinds in Hanover Park, IL and 1,200 sq.ft. to Fannie May at Market Square in Bolingbrook, IL.

Boyd Page (713-877-8400) brokered the following leases at Price Plaza in Houston, TX: 12,054 sq.ft. to Party City; 6,600 sq.ft. to Aaron Brothers and 5,100 sq.ft. to Avenue.

Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) brokered leases totalling 14,000 sq.ft. at Romeoville Town Center in Romeoville, IL. The new tenants for the 121,590 sq.ft. center include Subway, H&R Block, Rosati’s, Currency Exchange, Thai Restaurant, Mr. Peepers Nail Salon and Starbucks.
