The portfolio consists of 14 shopping centers ranging in size from 150,000 sq.ft. to 400,000 sq.ft., with major tenants including Dominicks, Jewel-Osco, Wal*Mart, Home Depot, Menards and Kmart.

NAI ISAAC Commercial Properties, Inc. (859-224-2000) is the exclusive leasing agent and manager of the Brighton Place Shoppes, a 32,176 sq.ft. shopping center anchored by Ramsey’s Diner, Hancock Video and 1st Choice Lexington Clinic in Lexington, KY.

Schostak Brothers & Co. (248-262-1000) was awarded the exclusive leasing contract for Fountain Welk, a lifestyle development center located in Novi, MI. The 737,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by The Great Indoors, Galyan’s, Cost Plus World Market, Van’s Skatepark and a 5,000-seat, state-of-the-art, stadium-seating, multiplex theater. The center will be tenanted by numerous restaurants, including Margarita Mama’s, Shima Japanese Restaurant, Bamboo Club and Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar.
