CB Richard Ellis (602-735-5555) hired Bob Pearlstein, Max Bippus and Paul Honeycutt to its new retail leasing team. The group will focus on landlord and tenant representation in anchored shopping center developments. Pearlstein is vice president at CB Richard Ellis and joined the firm in December 1996. Prior to joining the company, Pearlstein was with The Midland Group, Inc. in St. Louis, MO where he specialized in landlord representation. Bippus has been with CB Richard Ellis for four years. Prior to that, he was an intern at Grubb & Ellis in Tucson, AZ. Honeycutt joined CB Richard Ellis last year. The company also hired Patrick Murphy as executive managing director and partner of the NY tri-state region. Murphy will run the company’s NJ operation.
