Lease Signings

Insignia/ESG (212-984-8073) leased 700 sq.ft. at 1145-1155 Madison Avenue in New York, NY for Quinto Sol, a Manhattan-based home furnishings store. The lease is for 10 years. Area retailers include Coach, Body Shop and Montmarte.

Goldstein & Associates Realty, Inc. (914-421-0444) leased 750 sq.ft. at 295 Midland Avenue in Port Chester, NY for Verizon.

The Greenberg Group (516-295-0406) brokered leases for Anne Fontaine at Rockefeller Center in New York, NY, Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT and Brighton Way in Beverly Hills, CA.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed the following leases: 3,360 sq.ft. at The Shoppes at Bellgrade in Richmond, VA for Home Gourmet; 2,554 sq.ft. at Chesterfield Towne Center in Richmond, VA for Comfort Decor; 1,200 sq.ft. at King’s Charter in Hanover, VA for Curves for Women; 968 sq.ft. at 710 North Hamilton Street in Richmond, VA for Atlantic Tanning; 2,250 sq.ft. at Stein Mart Festival in Richmond, VA for Columbia Beauty Supply and 4,000 sq.ft. at Moore Center in Berryville, VA for Movie Gallery.

Island Associates Real Estate (631-587-5050) signed the following leases: 13,000 sq.ft. on a land area of 2.7 acres at Route 110 in Amityville, NY for Walgreens and 22,600 sq.ft. at Terryville Plaza located at the intersection of Old Town Road and Jayne Boulevard in Terryville, NY for Fitness Plus Management Corp. The lease for Fitness Plus has an aggregate rent of $3.3 million for a 15-year term with two five-year options.

Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) leased 2,000 sq.ft. at the 275,000 sq.ft. Pentucket Square Shopping Center in Plaistow, NH to Weight Watchers Group. The center is anchored by Wal*Mart, Service Merchandise, Staples and Big Lots. Cotenants include Hallmark, Fashion Bug and Sovereign Bank.
