Exclusives Shelter Bay Retail Group (415-388-4460) was appointed property manager of The Brea Imperial Center in Brea, CA. The 45,014 sq.ft. center, which is anchored by 3 Day Blinds, Carl’s Jr. and World Savings Bank, is owned by Crow Holdings. The management company will manage the planned renovation of the center and assist in retenanting. JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) was retained to handle the leasing of the 120,000 sq.ft. Warrenton Town Center located at 251 West Lee Highway in Warrenton, VA. The center, which is owned by RFI Associates, is tenanted by Food Lion, Warrenton Movies 5 Cinema and El Agave Mexican Restaurant. In addition, the company also was retained to handle four listings in Rosslyn, VA. The listings, which total about 500,000 sq.ft., include space at 1901 and 1911 North Fort Myer Drive and 1550 and 1560 Wilson Boulevard. The 1560 location, which is 10,000 sq.ft., will be used for the expansion of the existing Cafe Asia. Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services (727-442-7184) was awarded a 400,000 sq.ft. leasing assignment for five buildings in Fort Myers, Naples, Lehigh Acres and Sarasota, FL. Two of the properties are in Fort Myers: one is a 107,000 sq.ft. former Builders Square at Market Square at 13711 Tamiami Trail that is owned by Kmart and the other is a 54,000 sq.ft. former HomePlace store. The Sarasota building also is a 54,000 sq.ft. former HomePlace store. The Naples property at 3701 Tamiami Trail is an 81,000 sq.ft. former Kmart. The Lehigh Acres building is a 99,000 sq.ft. former Kmart located at 1200 Homestead Road North. The two HomePlace locations are owned by CNL Realty Inc. Stirling Properties (985-898-2022) was awarded the leasing and management agreement for St. Tammany Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 190 Business and Highway 21 in Covington, LA. The center’s GLA is 111,221 sq.ft. with 98,709 sq.ft. of available space. The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) has been appointed exclusive agent for eight properties in NJ. The listings include Midland Square at 247-259 Midland Avenue in Garfield, NJ; 19 acres at Route 206, 46 and 80 in Flanders, NJ; 233 Franklin Avenue in Nutley, NJ; A&P Shopping Center on Berkshire Valley Road in Jefferson, NJ; 315 Raritan Avenue in Highland Park, NJ; House and Garden at 2605 Shore Road in Northfield, NJ; Pathmark Shopping Center on Washington Street in Belleville, NJ; and 35 Route 46 in Washington Township, NJ. |
