Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) brokered the following leases at LaGrange Crossing, a shopping center located on the corner of Ogden Avenue and LaGrange Road in Oakbrook Terrace, IL: 21,000 sq.ft. to Borders Books and Music, 9,005 sq.ft. to Pier 1 Imports and 3,200 sq.ft. to Corner Bakery. The center is home to Walgreens, Baja Fresh and Caribou Coffee. The company also negotiated the lease for 25,000 sq.ft. to A.J. Wright at Thatcher Woods Shopping Center in River Grove, IL on behalf of the Taxman Corporation. The site formerly housed a Dominick’s. The company also brokered the lease of a 112,500 sq.ft. former Montgomery Ward to Galyan’s Trading Company at Village Crossing in Niles, IL. The company also brokered four leases at a 15,000 sq.ft. retail center in Chicago, IL: 7,800 sq.ft. to Murray’s Discount Auto Stores; 1,500 sq.ft. to Yale Insurance; 1,000 sq.ft. to Subway and 1,500 sq.ft. to First Cash Financial.
