Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) signed a lease for 23,813 sq.ft. at the 253,171 sq.ft. Pelham Plaza in Pelham Manor, NY with A.J. Wright, an off-price apparel and domestics retailer.

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (520-323-5100/714-939-2100) brokered the lease for 2,000 sq.ft. at Plaza Escondida in Tuscon, AZ to Pools & Spas of Tuscon. The company also brokered the 10-year lease of 5,000 sq.ft. at the Plaza El Paseo in Anaheim, CA to Lisa Belle Salon and Day Spa. The company also brokered the lease of 4,439 sq.ft. at 19461 Main Street in Huntington Beach, CA from SeaCliff Village LLC to Stuft Pizza & Brewing Co., which was represented by Pacific West Asset Management Corp.

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) brokered a lease for AT&T Wireless in Floral Park in Hempstead, NY.

Zifkin Realty & Development, LLC (312-575-8650) brokered a lease for 2,800 sq.ft. at the 190,433 sq.ft. Kensington Center in Plainfield, IL to Payless ShoeSource, which will open this Fall.

New Market South Shopping Center in Newport News, VA: 47,747 sq.ft. to Goodwill for a 12-year term, 12,662 sq.ft. to World Harvest for a one-year term and 6,364 sq.ft. to Hampton Roads School for a five-year term. The company also brokered the following leases: 19,885 sq.ft. to Gold’s Gym for a six-year term at the 98,457 sq.ft. Village Mall in Great Bend, KS; 3,800 sq.ft. to LaShay’s School of Dance for a five-year term at the 69,480 sq.ft. Tri-County Station in Riverdale, GA; 3,000 sq.ft. to Radio Shack for a five-year term at the 81,651 sq.ft. Elkhart Plaza West in Elkhart, IN; 3,000 sq.ft. to Moments to Remember for a four-year term at the 71,421 sq.ft. Gordon Village in Augusta, GA; 2,800 sq.ft. to RS One Beauty Supply for a three-year term at the 99,152 sq.ft. Kmart Plaza in Smyrna, TN; 2,400 sq.ft. to Turn About Gymnastics for a three-year term at the 75,162 sq.ft. Citizens Square in Dallas, GA; 2,100 sq.ft. to Beauty R Us for a five-year term at the 75,506 sq.ft. Dominion Marketplace Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA; 1,664 sq.ft. to New Look Fashions for a three-year term at the 212,110 sq.ft. Byrd Plaza Shopping Center in Cocoa, FL; 1,300 sq.ft. to Quick Refunds for a five-year term at the 89,528 sq.ft. Village Mart in Aurora, IL; 1,000 sq.ft. to Capital Loans for a three-year term at the 76,246 sq.ft. University Plaza in Waxahachie, TX and 800 sq.ft. to Jeny’s World Gift Shoppe for a three-year term at the 286,405 sq.ft. Parkway Plaza in Winston Salem, NC.

Coyote Management, LP (972-248-9375) brokered leases at the Sarasota Square Mall in Sarasota, FL with Children’s Place, Hot Topic, Nail Central, South Street Steaks, Street Corner News and Things Remembered. The company also brokered leases at Sikes Senter Mall in Wichita Falls, TX with Hot Topic, Pacific Sunwear and US Cellular.

Property Pro (813-835-7747) brokered the following leases in FL: a 10-year lease for 1.5 acres from Boyd Development Co. to Outback Steakhouse in Port St. Lucie West; a 10-year lease for one acre in Orlando from Regency Centers to Outback Steakhouse and a 31-month lease for 2,400 sq.ft. at the North Dale Mabry Center in Tampa to Bedmart.

Boston Properties, Inc. (617-236-3300) brokered the lease of 12,887 sq.ft. at the Prudential Center in Boston, MA to The Cheesecake Factory, which will open during April. The company also brokered the lease of 4,850 sq.ft. at the Prudential Center to J.Jill.

The Rappaport Companies (703-641-9103) brokered the lease of 3,600 sq.ft. at Springfield Plaza in Springfield, VA to Liberty Travel, which was represented by Corridor Real Estate Group.

The company also brokered the leases of 25,000 sq.ft. to A.J. Wright and 53,000 sq.ft. to Family Fare Supermarket at Rogers Plaza in Wyoming, MI.
