Levin Management Corp. (908-755-2401) hired Alan Gott as a leasing representative for company-owned and company-managed properties. Initially, Gott, who has 15 years of leasing experience, is focusing on a 30,000 sq.ft. property in Paramus, NJ.

Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (203-863-8200) tapped James M. Aries as vice president of acquisitions and leasing. Previously Aries was director of leasing for Kin Properties.
