Lease Signings

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) represented Dick’s Clothing and Sporting Goods in the leasing of 45,900 sq.ft. at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, VA. The company also represented A.P. Properties, L.P. in leasing 1,350 sq.ft. to Kumon Math and Reading Center at Commonwealth Centre in Richmond, VA.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) represented Marco’s Power Factory in the leasing of 9,000 sq.ft. at South Lakeview Plaza located at 4488 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis, MO. The company also represented Exclusive Drive Thru Cleaners in the leasing of 2,000 sq.ft. at Cypress Run Marketplace located at 10667 West Atlantic Boulevard in Coral Springs, FL.

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) signed a lease with Jackson Hewitt for 731 sq.ft. at the Park Plaza at the Village located at 310 3rd Street in Chula Vista, CA. The lease is for 3.5 years and a consideration of $71,076.

CB Richard Ellis (602-735-5555) signed a 10-year lease with The Wet Seal for 3,550 sq.ft. at The District at Desert Ridge, a 350,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Loop 101 Freeway and Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix, AZ.

Divaris Real Estate (804-643-4770) signed a lease with Latin Oasis for 2,500 sq.ft. at the Shops at Jefferson Davis located at 4735 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond, VA. The center is cotenanted by Creative Styles, Underground Fashion, Thalhimer Headware and Baron Industries.
