Lease Signings

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. (212-557-9090) brokered a lease with Bati Shoes for 1,000 sq.ft. at 2151 Broadway in New York, NY. The term of the lease is for 10 years. Area retailers include Papyrus, The Body Shop, Neuhaus Chocolatier and Washington Mutual Bank.

Jeffery Realty, Inc. (908-668-9600) brokered the following leases at the Pompton Lakes Town Center in Pompton Lakes, NJ: 3,000 sq.ft. with Hammett’s Learning World and 1,200 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless. The center currently is anchored by A&P and Blockbuster Video.

Center Trust, Inc. (310-546-4520) signed leases with Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Chili’s and Macaroni Grill totaling 60,447 sq.ft. at El Camino Shopping Center in Oceanside, CA.

CB Richard Ellis (714-939-2100) negotiated a lease with Harry & David for 3,500 sq.ft. at Metro Point Center in Costa Mesa, CA. The company also negotiated a lease with David’s Bridal for 10,350 sq.ft. at Imperial Plaza located at 810 East Imperial Highway in Brea, CA. The company also negotiated a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. of space with Jungle Jym at Chino Hills Marketplace at 4200 Chino Hills Parkway in Chino Hills, CA.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-333-4342) brokered a lease with Kitchen Kollective, Inc. for 1,050 sq.ft. at Robinson Crossing Shopping Center located on Route 2 in Severna Park, MD. The center is cotenanted by Hollywood Video, Food Lion and Dollar Tree.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) brokered a lease with Brook Mays Music Co. for 6,494 sq.ft. at The Forum at Olympia Parkway located at 8282 Agora in Selma, TX.

Thorp & Co. (305-446-2700) brokered the following leases with haircolorxpress International LLC: a six-year lease with Northpark-Merrick, LLC for 1,960 sq.ft. at 7 North Park Avenue in Rockville Center, NY; a 10-year lease with Federal Realty Investment Trust for 1,827 sq.ft. at Huntington Shopping Center located on Route 110 in Huntington, NY; a five-year lease with Chessman Realty Associates for 1,750 sq.ft. located at 1082 U.S. Highway 46 in Parsippany, NJ; a five-year lease with Caydenzan Associates for 1,600 sq.ft. at Holmdel Commons located on Route 35 and Laurel Avenue in Holmdel, NJ; a 10-year lease with Stanbery Development for 1,509 sq.ft. at Union Hill Plaza located at 3056-G State Route 10 West in Denville, NJ; a 10-year lease with General Growth Properties for 1,523 sq.ft. at the Altamonte Mall located at 451 Altamonte Drive in Altamonte Springs, FL and a 10-year lease with WSG Development for 1,500 sq.ft. at 2760 Northwest Federal Highway in Jensen Beach, FL.

(516-365-6400) brokered the following leases: Walgreens subleased 2,000 sq.ft. to N&M Pham, Inc. at 380 East Michigan Street in Orlando, FL; CSK Auto subleased 6,970 sq.ft. to Cianci Stores 4, Inc. at 8901 Trent Avenue in Millwood, WA; Office Depot subleased 7,490 sq.ft. to Michael Cadillac, Inc. at 5705 North Blackstone Avenue in Fresno, CA; Staples subleased 37,312 sq.ft. to Cason’s Shoes at 5800 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL.
