Creekstone is developing Towne Center at Cedar Lodge, a center located at the intersection of Jefferson Highway and Corporate Boulevard in Baton Rouge, LA. The site is situated on a land area of 48 acres. The company also is developing The Reserve at Cedar Lodge, a multi-family apartment complex to be developed on an adjacent 14 acres. The two projects will have three phases of construction. Phase I is the construction of the 300-unit apartment complex. The next two phases, including the construction of the office and retail center, are expected to begin in September and last about three years. Plans call for an upscale retail center with a blend of local, regional and national tenants. The entire commercial portion of the development has 440,400 sq.ft. of office and retail space.

Transcan Development, LLC is developing Canyon Crossings, a planned 600,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 215 and 60 Freeway in Riverside, CA. Canyon Crossings is part of the Canyon Springs 180-acre master-planned community. The center will include a mixture of large scale retail, including Target, Linens ‘n Things, Pier 1 Imports, Party City, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Famous Footwear, Wal*Mart, Sam’s Club, Best Buy and PetsMart. Opening is slated for late 2004. The site of the center is situated on a land area of 84.7 acres.

Craig Realty Group is planning a renovation and expansion of the Citadel Outlets and Office Park located on Interstate 5 at the Atlantic Boulevard exit in Los Angeles, CA. The company will upgrade the current 147,000 sq.ft. and add 126,000 sq.ft. of retail space that is scheduled to open during Fall 2004. The center is situated on a land area of 35 acres and features 41 designer and manufacturer outlets, a food court with eight eateries, a 256,000 sq.ft. office complex with four buildings that includes the headquarters of Smart & Final and a ground lease which is occupied by a 201-room Wyndham Hotel Commerce. An additional 12 acres adjacent to the center are being acquired for future expansion plans, which will bring the property to a total of 47 acres. Tenants include Ann Taylor Factory Store, Old Navy Outlets and Eddie Bauer Outlet.

Captec Realty Capital and SNK La Playa I, LLC are developing a 102-unit multi-family project with an additional 15,000 sq.ft. of retail space in Emeryville, CA.
