Lease Signings


Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases: 7,500 sq.ft. with Pet World at Trafalgar Square Shopping Center located at 1809 University Drive in Coral Springs, FL; 1,373 sq.ft. with Health Life Medical Center, Inc. at Lakeside Shoppes located at West Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale, FL and 2,595 sq.ft. with Papaya’s Restaurant at University Shoppes located at the intersection of University Drive and Inverrary Drive in Lauderhill, FL.

Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) signed a lease for 7,600 sq.ft. with Dollar General at the Woodland Plaza in Brighton, MI.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) signed a lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Car Toys, Inc. at Wyndham Plaza located at the intersection of FM 1709 and Nolan Drive in Southlake, TX. Opening is slated for the Fall.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 2,950 sq.ft. with Point Loma Credit Union at Pacific Coast Plaza located at the intersection of Highway 78 and Jefferson in Oceanside, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $503,052. Opening is slated for October.

The Rappaport Cos. (571-382-1200) signed leases with Subway and Gamestop at H Street Connection in Washington, DC. The company also signed the following leases at Mt. Airy Shopping Center in Mt. Airy, MD: 1,778 sq.ft. with Quizno’s and 1,283 sq.ft. with Maryland Sports Care.

Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease for 2,600 sq.ft. with Chipotle at Dobbin Station, an 85,000 sq.ft. center located in Columbia, MD. The company also signed a lease with National Wholesale Liquidators for 106,000 sq.ft. at the Rhode Island Avenue Shopping Center located at the intersection of 4th and Rhode Island Avenue in northeast Washington, DC.

Childress Klein Properties (704-343-4327) signed a five-year lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Stillwater Gallery in the Promenade on Providence Shopping Center in south Charlotte, NC.

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services (949-727-1200) signed a lease for 4,500 sq.ft. with J’s Market, a ranch and produce market, at Stonecreek Plaza located at 4250 Barranca in Irvine, CA. The lease is for 10 years and is valued at over $1.2 million. The company also signed a five-year lease for 9,400 sq.ft. with Edwards Paints at 2211 Bellflower in Long Beach, CA.

Steiner + Associates (614-414-7300) signed a lease for 5,360 sq.ft. with Ann Taylor Loft at its Zona Rosa project, a mixed-use site located at the intersection of Interstate 29 and Barry Road in Kansas City, MO. The one million sq.ft. project will include specialty retail, restaurants, office space, hotels and residential uses.

Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments (480-888-0888) signed a lease for 2,775 sq.ft. with Home Decor and Gifts at Mervyn’s Plaza, a 179,077 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Alma School and Elliot Roads in Chandler, AZ.

Landmark Properties Group (724-443-9000) signed a lease for 3,200 sq.ft. with Movie Starz Video at Powell Valley Shopping Center in Big Stone Gap, VA. The company also signed a lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with Nails by Sally at the Cranberry Gardens Plaza in Cranberry Township, PA.

Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing, Inc. (212-557-9090) signed the following leases in New York, NY: 750 sq.ft. with Burritoville at 1487 Second Avenue and 750 sq.ft. with Pita Grill at 1483 Second Avenue.

Urban America, L.P. (212-612-9169) signed a lease for 1,104 sq.ft. with Southern Experience Restaurant at Northside Shopping Center, a 468,277 sq.ft. center located in Miami, FL.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 25,000 sq.ft. with Forever 21 Retail, Inc. at Herald Towers located at 50 West 34th Street on Herald Square in New York, NY. This is Forever 21’s second New York, NY location.

Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) signed the following four leases with PetsMart throughout NY: 19,107 sq.ft. in Nyskiuna; 23,000 sq.ft. in Middletown; 19,200 sq.ft. in DeWitt and 19,200 sq.ft. in Ithaca. PetsMart currently operates 560 stores throughout the U.S. and Canada.

HSA Commercial Real Estate (312-654-8900) signed the following leases at a 5,350 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Sauk Trail Road and Chicago-Vincennes Road in Chicago, IL: 1,407 sq.ft. with Pizza Hut; 1,340 sq.ft. with Subway and 1,203 sq.ft. with Captain Fish.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed a lease for 4,087 sq.ft. with Fortel’s Pizza Den at Fortel’s Plaza located at 7932-42 Mackenzie Road in St. Louis, MO.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 5,402 sq.ft. with California Pizza Kitchen at 232 Central Park Avenue in Virginia Beach, VA. California Pizza Kitchen currently operates 120 locations nationwide. The company also signed a lease for 1,586 sq.ft. with Cold Stone Creamery at The Town Center in Virginia Beach.

Reeves Development, LLC (337-433-0200) signed a lease for 15,088 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree at Summit Plaza located in the Lake Charles Power Centre on Derek Drive in Lake Charles, LA.
