Edens & Avant is developing the following two supermarket-anchored centers in the Baltimore, MD/Washington, DC area: Arundel Village, an 86,400 sq.ft. center located in Hanover, MD. The center will be located on a land area of 12.5 acres on Arundel Mills Boulevard and will be anchored by a 57,860 sq.ft. Safeway. Opening is slated for Spring 2004; The Marketplace at Potomac Station, a 96,343 sq.ft. center located on a land area of 19.6 acres at the intersection of Route 7 and Battlefield Parkway in Leesburg, VA. The center is anchored by a 56,292 sq.ft. Giant supermarket and also features 40,051 sq.ft. of small shop space, as well as four outparcels. Opening is slated for Spring 2004.

Newton Oldacre McDonald is developing TigerTown, an 800,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. 280 and Interstate 85 in Opelika, AL. The center also will include office and hotel space, as well as sites for freestanding banks, restaurants and stores. The project is expected to be developed in three phases, the first of which is scheduled to be completed during Summer 2004. The center is expected to be tenanted by a 20,000 sq.ft. Office Depot.

Creekstone Capital, LLC is developing a 45,770 sq.ft. Whole Foods Market at Towne Center at Cedar Lodge located at the intersection of Jefferson Highway and Corporate Boulevard in Baton Rouge, LA. In addition to Whole Foods Market, the center will have local, regional and national tenants, as well as space comprised of three office buildings that will range from two to six stories. The entire commercial portion of the development has 440,400 sq.ft. of office and retail space. Whole Foods is slated to open during early 2005.
