The Staubach Co. (214-891-5743) promoted Elysia Ragusa to president and chief operating officer. A 14-year veteran of the company, Ragusa will be responsible for all the company’s day-to-day operations, with oversight of all operational groups, including administrative and support functions. She also will continue to serve on Staubach’s board of directors and will chair both the executive committee and the operating committee. Ragusa most recently served as president of the company’s real estate services division. The company also named Chris Maguire to the board of directors.

Addison Commercial Real Estate (904-354-1789) hired Pete Gentry as a commercial real estate specialist. Gentry is the former IT Director of Bombardier Capital Mortgage, The ATP Tour and Tree Life. Gentry will concentrate on office and retail leasing and sales.

Santana Row (408-551-4600) announced that Steve Guttman resigned from his duties of developing the San Jose, CA retail center. Guttman was replaced by Donald C. Wood, who was named president and CEO.
