Lease Signings


Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed a lease with The CLIC, an urban men’s apparel retailer, for 2,152 sq.ft. at Chatham Village Square, a development located at the intersection of 87th Avenue and Cottage Grove in Chicago, IL. The company also signed the following leases: 28,519 sq.ft. with Loehmann’s at Oakbrook Court located at 1500 16th Street in Oak Brook, IL; 3,471 sq.ft. with Little Hands Toy Shop at LaGrange Crossing located at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and LaGrange Road in LaGrange, IL; and 13,268 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning at Garden Market in Western Springs, IL.

Excess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) signed the following leases: 6,840 sq.ft. with CVS subleasing from Eckerd at 3107 Route 38 in Mount Laurel, NJ; 13,500 sq.ft. with Aaron Rents subleasing from Walgreens at 199 Florissant Road in Ferguson, MO; 8,000 sq.ft. with Family Dollar subleasing from Advance Auto at 1701 1st Avenue in Newton, IA and 13,000 sq.ft. with Goodwill Industries of Memphis subleasing from Walgreens at 7040 East Shelby Drive in Memphis, TN.

Edgemark LLC (630-472-1010) signed the following leases: 1,233 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video at Rose Plaza in Hoffman Estates, IL; 13,360 sq.ft. with Deals at Southlake Center in Hobart, IN; an outlot to Outback at Stony Creek Center in South Elgin, IL; 42,000 sq.ft. with Sportmart at Maple Park Center in Bolingbrook, IL; 2,500 sq.ft. with Payless Shoes and 30,000 sq.ft. with T.J. Maxx at Oswego Plaza in Oswego, IL; 5,000 sq.ft. with Lane Bryant at Geneva Commons in Geneva, IL; and 11,258 sq.ft. with Pier 1 Imports at Willow Creek Center in Glenview, IL.

RMC Property Group (800-728-5379) negotiated the following leases in FL: 39,957 sq.ft. with Hope Hospice of Lee County and 11,754 sq.ft. for Riverside Bank at the Hancock Bridge Shopping Center in Fort Myers; a land area of one acre for Washington Mutual and 1,200 sq.ft. with Mail Boxes Etc. at the Publix Center of St. Cloud located at the intersection of U.S. 192 and Kissimmee Park Road in St. Cloud; 6,300 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video and 7,992 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree Stores at Temple Terrace Shoppes located on North 56th Street in Temple Terrace; 7,540 sq.ft. with Beall’s Outlet in Marion Shopping Center located at Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala; 14,176 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree in West Gate Shopping Center located at Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton; and 10,000 sq.ft. with Dollar General at University East Shopping Center located at East Fowler Avenue in Tampa.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed the following leases at Buckner Commons Shopping Center located at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Buckner Boulevard in Dallas, TX: 5,000 sq.ft. with Dot’s Fashions and 3,000 sq.ft. with Simply Fashions. The company also signed a lease for 4,200 sq.ft. with Cato Fashions at Lake Worth Center located at the intersection of Boat Club and Jacksboro Highway in Fort Worth, TX.

CB Richard Ellis (561-393-1605) signed a lease for 4,285 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank Clothiers at 5050 Town Center Circle in Boca Raton, FL.

Metro Commercial Real Estate (610-642-8253) signed a lease with Target for a 145,000 sq.ft. Target Greatland store at Boulevard Plaza Shopping Center located on Roosevelt Boulevard and Haldeman Avenue in Philadelphia, PA.

Divaris Real Estate (804-643-4700) signed a lease for 4,500 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree Stores at Colonial Square Shopping Center located at 3107-1E Boulevard in Colonial Heights, VA. The company also signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with Blimpie’s Subs and Salads at 2626 Naylor Road in Washington, DC.
