ORIX Real Estate Equities and Alliant Partners are developing a 14,375 sq.ft. Eckerd drugstore and 19,600 sq.ft. of retail space at the intersection of 16th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix, AZ. Completion is slated for the end of this year or early 2004. The site is situated on a land area of eight acres.

Swain Realty Corp. is developing LampLighter Plaza, a 4,700 sq.ft. center located at Cypress Gardens Boulevard in Winter Haven, FL. G. Earl Real Estate, Inc. is developing a Wal*Mart Supercenter in Oshkosh, WI. The center is slated for a Spring opening. The contiguous 33,000 sq.ft Witzel Road Retail Center is opening late Spring and is seeking additional tenants. The center is currently tenanted by a 10,200 sq.ft. steakhouse and a 2,000 sq.ft. Chinese restaurant. The center has space available of 20,800 sq.ft. The development is surrounded by residential neighborhoods and 1,120 new residential units are under construction within 0.5 miles of the center.

Eastbourne Investments Ltd. is planning to develop a 580,000 sq.ft. power center anchored by Target and Kohl’s located in Stockton, CA. Opening is slated for early 2004. The land is situated at the intersection of Interstate 5 Freeway and Eight Mile Road and encompasses 54 acres.

RMC Property Group is developing The Publix Center, a 75,667 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 192 and Kissimmee Park Road in St. Cloud, FL.
