Zifkin Realty & Development (312-575-8650) named Robert Kocmond as an associate. Kocmond will focus on expanding the company’s brokerage, leasing and development services throughout the Chicago, IL area.

McKinley Associates (734-769-8520) tapped Larry Miller as executive vice president and director of commercial operations. Miller will be responsible for the management and performance of the commercial properties for McKinley, including more than four million sq.ft. of retail, office and light industrial space nationwide. He will also have the responsibility for the financial performance, leasing activities, and fee management/acquisition development of the commercial portfolio. Prior to joining McKinley, Miller served as president for First Realty Management in Milford, MI.

Krass Monroe Capital Growth Advisors, LLC (952-885-5972) was recently formed by H. Reid Sherard, Philip McDonough and the Minneapolis, MN law firm of Krass Monroe, P.A. The consulting advisory firm will focus on the capital structure and strategic advisory needs of the restaurant industry and multi-unit retail marketplace.

He has brokered and developed properties throughout the Midwest including Orland Park Place in Chicago, IL, Royal Oaks West in Calumet City, IL and Main Place of Royal Oak in Royal Oak, MI.

Charles Dunn Co. (213-683-0500) recently tapped Annie Choie as a sales associate for the firm’s Orange County, CA office. Choie will be responsible for Korean investments throughout the southern CA marketplace.
