Cornerstone Group (212-768-1435) represented Amazing Savings in its recent openings on Old River Road in Edgewater, NJ and in Bridgewater at the Bridgewater Towne Centre. The 15-unit chain operates locations nationwide and is looking to open six additional stores during the coming year throughout CT, NJ and NY, with representation by Cornerstone Group. The stores average between 8,000 sq.ft. to 12,000 sq.ft. The company prefers to cotenant with T.J. Maxx, Michaels and supermarkets in strip centers, downtown areas and freestanding locations.

Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) is representing Levitz and Seaman’s in its planned expansion of 15 to 20 openings throughout the eastern and western U.S. during the coming 18 months. Levitz requires 40,000 sq.ft. to 45,000 sq.ft., while Seaman’s requires 28,000 sq.ft. to 32,000 sq.ft. The company also is representing Group USA The Clothing Co. and Camille La Vie in its expansion plans into southeast, TX; Chicago, IL; KS and MO. The Camille La Vie stores will range in size from 8,500 sq.ft. to 12,000 sq.ft. and will be located in lifestyle centers and enclosed malls.

Shelter Bay Retail Group (415-648-2928) is exclusively representing Orinda Theatre Square in Orinda, CA. The 87,072 sq.ft. center is anchored by Orinda Theatre. The company also is exclusively representing City Center in San Francisco, CA. The 194,080 sq.ft. center is anchored by Mervyn’s, Toys "R" Us and Office Depot.

Investment Management Associates (305-661-0110) is representing Miramar Crossings located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and Hiatus Road in Miramar, FL. The leasing rate for this project is $22 psf to $24 psf. The rate for outparcels is $20 psf to $22 psf. The project will take approximately six to nine months to develop and will be available for occupancy by the Fall.

Friedman Real Estate Group (248-324-2000) is representing the 1.8 million sq.ft. Penobscot and First National Buildings in Detroit, MI.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (202-965-6470) is representing Jefferson at Clarendon Centre, a main street-style retail and residential project in Arlington, VA. The center is comprised of 14,000 sq.ft. of street-front space.
