Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 25,562 sq.ft. of retail space on four levels at 999 Third Avenue, a 25-story new construction residential building located between 59th and 60th Streets in NY. The space, which is expected to be available for occupancy in September 2004, comprises 20-foot ceilings on the ground floor and second level, 13-foot ceilings in the lower level and 11-foot ceilings in the sub-cellar.

Princeton Realty Group (914-747-5000) has been selected to exclusively represent the Verona Commons development site on Route 376 in Verona, NY. The five-acre site is located across from the Turning Stone Casino off of Interstate 90 with more than five million visitors annually. The site will allow for 50,000 sq.ft. of retail, ground, lease or build-to-suit. Offers are now being considered.

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) is representing Shoppes of Crystal Cove, a 20,000 sq.ft. retail and office property located at 1050-1076 West Sample Road in Pompano Beach, FL.

Collins Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (608-834-9545) is representing Verlo Mattress in its expansion throughout the Raleigh-Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area. The mattress retailer occupies spaces between 2,500 sq.ft. and 3,500 sq.ft. The company also will need a 7,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. location for a Verlo Mattress Factory Store.

Southern Management & Development (561-883-1412) was appointed as exclusive broker to lease four FL properties owned by Regis Property Management, Inc. of Dallas, TX. The properties include: the 160,000 sq.ft. Bay Plaza I & II in Tampa, FL; the 110,696 sq.ft. McLeod Commerce Center in Orlando, FL; the 70,295 sq.ft. Sadler Square in Fernandina Beach, FL and the 149,855 sq.ft. Westwood Shopping Center in Tallahassee, FL.

The supermarket chain plans to open up to 25 stores in the Chicago, IL area.
