Lease Signings


Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed a lease with Dollar World for 2,000 sq.ft. at Bermuda Crossroads in Chester, VA. The company also signed a lease with Solar Beach at Harbor View Station East in Suffolk, VA.

Inland Real Estate Corp. (888-331-4732) signed the following leases: 1,500 sq.ft. to Oreck Vacuum for one year at Baytowne Shoppes located at 907 West Marketview Drive in Champaign, IL; 18,828 sq.ft. to Aronson Furniture for six years at Calumet Square located at 777 River Oaks Drive in Calumet City, IL; 2,200 sq.ft. and 3,300 sq.ft. to Palm USA/City Sports for eight and ten years, respectively, at Chatham Ridge Shopping Center located at 87th Avenue and Lafayette in Chicago, IL; 1,200 sq.ft. to LA Weight Loss Center for five years at Lansing Square located at 17555 South Torrence Avenue in Lansing, IL; and 1,020 sq.ft. to Great Clips at River Square for five years at 22 East Chicago Avenue in Naperville, IL.

Winick Realty Group (212-792-2600) signed a lease for 3,800 sq.ft. for Straight from the Crate located at the intersection of 61st Street and First Avenue in New York, NY. This will be the company’s seventh store.

Pace Properties, Inc. (314-968-9898) signed the following leases: 12,400 sq.ft. to Excel Imaging, LLC located at 9930 Watson Road in St. Louis, MO; 6,000 sq.ft. to St. Louis Bread Co. at Kiener Plaza located at 116 North 6th Street in St. Louis, MO; 2,100 sq.ft. to Rehab Xcel at Rhodes Plaza located in St. Louis, MO; 8,400 sq.ft. to Deal$ Nothing Over A Dollar at Gravois Plaza located in St. Louis, MO; 3,810 sq.ft. to St. Louis Pet, LLC at Westpark Shopping Center located at 12637 Oliver Boulevard in Creve Coeur, MO; four acres of land to Basset Furniture at South County Marketplace located at the intersection of Lindbergh Road and Interstate 55 in South St. Louis County, MO; 17,417 sq.ft. to Arhaus and 6,464 sq.ft. to Viking Culinary Arts Center at Brentwood Square located at 1657 South Brentwood Boulevard in St. Louis, MO; 7,827 sq.ft. to Tuesday Morning at O’Fallon Plaza located at 2045 West Highway 50 in O’Fallon, IL; 16,000 sq.ft. to Shoe Carnival at Market Place Shopping Center in Fairview Heights, IL; and 14,469 sq.ft. to Deal$ Nothing Over A Dollar at Crossroads Shopping Center in Fairview Heights, IL.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-843-8036) signed a lease for 1,712 sq.ft. with Beverly Feldman, the high-end shoes and accessories retailer, at 730 Fifth Avenue in New York, NY.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases: 1,902 sq.ft. with Investors Title Co. at Mid Rivers Center located at 230 Mid Rivers Center in St. Louis, MO; 1,400 sq.ft. for Curves for Women at Cypress Run Marketplace located at 10637 West Atlantic Boulevard in Coral Springs, FL and 3,000 sq.ft. with Poor Richards Restaurant and Sports Grill at Hilltop Village Shopping Center in Eureka, MO.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4738) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at Buckner Commons Shopping Center located at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Buckner Boulevard in Dallas, TX. The store is slated for a July opening. The company also signed the following leases at Oak Grove Plaza located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 78 and Murphy Road in Sachse, TX: 1,100 sq.ft. with French Nails; 2,300 sq.ft. for New York Cleaners and 1,400 sq.ft. for Supercuts, Inc.

Courtelis Co. (305-379-8467) signed the following leases at the Kendall Mall located at Kendall Drive and SW 107th Avenue in Miami, FL: 500 sq.ft. for Transamerica Progressive Insurance Agency and 2,000 sq.ft. with Casa Bianchi.

Kaplan Real Estate (314-652-7000) represented Laser Spa, LLC in the lease of 1,800 sq.ft. at Chesterfield Commons Shopping Center in Chesterfield, MO, which was represented by THF Realty.

Insite Commercial Group (248-355-6141) signed a 38,000 sq.ft. lease with Atomix Paintball and a 12,000 sq.ft. lease with GEB Collision at 1020 Decker in Walled Lake, MI.

Divaris Real Estate (804-643-4700) signed a lease with Chico’s FAS for 2,975 sq.ft. located at Merchant’s Square in Williamsburg, VA. The center is tenanted by Binns, Talbot’s, DM Williams and Williams-Sonoma. The company also signed a lease with Save-A-Lot for 9,600 sq.ft. in a former Rite Aid building located at 4902 West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, VA. The company also signed a lease with The Men’s Wearhouse for 6,300 sq.ft. at The Town Center in Virginia Beach, VA. The company also signed a lease with Beef O’Brady’s for 3,200 sq.ft. in the Cherry Hill Plaza located on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, SC. The company also signed a lease with Foot Locker for 3,200 sq.ft. in Northpointe Plaza on North Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC. The center is cotenanted with Family Dollar, Big Lots and Holloways Clothing.
