Metro Commercial Real Estate (856-866-1900) announced that Nina Kilroy was promoted to president. Prior to joining Metro Commercial in 1995, Kilroy was employed for 10 years at Linpro Princeton Realty in Plainsboro, NJ. There, she served as director of property management.

Advantis Real Estate Services Co. (919-493-6905) appointed Curtis D. Dean as executive director, J. Yates Spruill as senior director and Esther Austin as director. Dean will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of investment properties, typically owned by Advantis’ institutional clients. He also will be involved in investment sales and with businesses that have real estate needs in the Raleigh, NC area. Spruill will be responsible for tenant consultation and representation of a select group of office and industrial clients in the Raleigh-Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area. He also will be involved in the marketing and leasing of properties listed by Advantis. Austin will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of investment properties typically owned by institutional clients. Dean comes to Advantis from CB Richard Ellis, where he served as a director for the past 15 years. Spruill comes to Advantis from CB Richard Ellis, where he served as a senior associate. Austin spent four years with CB Richard Ellis.

Lerner NY/New York & Co. (212-884-2714) appointed John E. DeWolf III to executive vice president, real estate. DeWolf will direct real estate strategy, site selection and acquisitions as well as store planning and construction activity for the 522-store apparel retailer. Prior to joining Lerner, DeWolf served as senior vice president for New England Development. DeWolf led development projects from site acquisition through construction oversight, completed 14 anchor deals with leading national retailers involving seven different development sites and supervised the leasing of over 100,000 sq.ft. of junior anchor and specialty retail space.

GVA Beitler Commercial (949-809-0505) hired Greg Zimmerman to its retail property group. His 13-year experience in the retail commercial real estate industry includes an eight-year association with Lee & Associates. The company also hired Ken Kelley, formerly of Coldwell Banker Commercial, as vice president for the company’s Orange County, CA office.

CB Richard Ellis (561-393-1621) hired Marisella Cotilla and Jeffrey Lapidus as vice presidents of investment properties and Anne Routh Routh as private client group in retail marketing.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) recently promoted Dan Watson, Brian Murphy and Adam Schiller to senior vice president and Mark Newman to vice president. Watson has completed more than 1.8 million sq.ft. of retail leases, 810,000 sq.ft. of industrial leases and six, 10-acre land purchases on behalf of his clients during the last two and a half years. Schiller will continue his role of providing strategic planning and real estate service for clients both in the southwest and nationally. Murphy will continue to specialize in national and regional tenant representation. Newman has completed retail leases in excess of four million sq.ft.

Combined Properties (202-293-4500) announced that Stephen Halle has joined the company as vice president of property management. Halle will be responsible for overseeing CPI’s property management, facilities maintenance, marketing and lease administration activities in addition to generating third-party management contracts for the company.

Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) announced the following promotions: Paul Bryant and Steve Frishman were promoted from vice president to partner; Marget Arthur and Barb Prieto were promoted from leasing representative to senior leasing representative and Kelly Arcaro was promoted from senior asset manager to vice president.
