(914-631-3131) signed the following leases: 1,400 sq.ft. with Nail Pro at Ocean East Mall in Stuart, FL; 3,500 sq.ft. with Pursell’s Bookstore at Oxon Hill Plaza in Oxon Hill, MD; 7,000 sq.ft. with Webers and 2,500 sq.ft. with Omni Fitness at Spring Valley Marketplace in Spring Valley, NY; 3,540 sq.ft. with Fiscals Decor at High Ridge Center in Racine, WI; 31,768 sq.ft. with K&G Superstore at Orange Promenade in Orange, CT; 4,000 sq.ft. with Rent Way at Tara Crossing in Jonesboro, GA; 3,430 sq.ft. with Payless Shoes at King City Square in Mount Vernon, IL; 8,138 sq.ft. with Maytag at Alderwood Town Center in Lynnwood, WA; 2,800 sq.ft. with Payless Shoes at Cedars Square in Lebanon, TN and 2,305 sq.ft. with Wells Fargo at Coral Plaza in Oak Lawn, IL. (914-237-3403) signed the following leases: 2,500 sq.ft. with Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins and 3,395 sq.ft. with Rockaway Bedding at Woodbury Centre Shopping Center, a 230,000 sq.ft. center in Harriman, NY; 2,000 sq.ft. with Dunkin’ Donuts at the C-Town Shopping Center located at 88 Croton Avenue in Ossining, NY; 3,000 sq.ft. with Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins at Greenburgh Shopping Center located at the intersection of Knollwood Road and Route 100A in Greenburgh, NY; and 2,200 sq.ft. with Dunkin’ Donuts on Washington Avenue in Peekskill, NY. The company also signed a lease for 1,400 sq.ft. with Chock Cafe at the Westwood Plaza Shopping Center in Westwood, NJ and 1,200 sq.ft. with Subway at Paterson Commons Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 311 in Paterson, NJ. G.E. Grace & Co., Inc. (212-486-4100) signed the following leases at Amboy Plaza, a 79,000 sq.ft. center anchored by Walbaum’s Supermarket located in the Pleasant Plains section of Staten Island, NY: with Dunkin’ Donuts, Flowers-By-Bernard and White Market Liquors, Ltd. The combined area for all three stores is 4,609 sq.ft. The center is currently tenanted by Northfield Savings Bank, Wendy’s, Petland Discounts, Posh French Cleaners, Amadeus Hair Design, Zio Luzzi’s Pizza and Legends Sporting Goods.Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. with Radio Shack at 58 Graham Avenue in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn, NY. The lease is for 10 years. The company also signed a lease for 2,678 sq.ft. with Curves International, Inc. at the 48,500 sq.ft. Kilmer Square redevelopment located at 88 Albany Street in New Brunswick, NJ. Opening is slated for this month. Forum Development Group (573-446-5500) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Great Clips at The Broadway Shops in Columbia, MO. The Broadway Shops is slated for completion during Spring of 2004.Security Square Mall (410-265-6000) signed a lease with Texas Barbeque. Security Square Mall in Baltimore, MD consists of 1.1 million sq.ft. and is anchored by Hecht’s, Sears, Burlington Coat Factory, Old Navy, International Furniture and AMC Theatres. The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 3,109 sq.ft. with Hobby Express at Cranberry Commons, a 545,000 sq.ft. center located in Cranberry Township, PA. The center is currently tenanted by Applebee’s, Famous Footwear, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Kohl’s, Target and PetsMart. Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) signed the following leases at Park View Square located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and 172nd Avenue in Miramar, FL: 2,100 sq.ft. with Rotelli Pizza & Pasta; 1,313 sq.ft. with Hair Studio II, Inc.; 1,563 sq.ft. with A&B Dollar Plus and 1,125 sq.ft. with Stamp N’ Mail. The company also signed the following leases at Heathbrook Commons located at 5400 College Road in Ocala, FL: 2,100 sq.ft. with Music World and 1,050 sq.ft. with SJ Shipping Corp.
