Lease Signings WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease for 862 sq.ft. with LSI Wireless and for 1,648 sq.ft. with Ace Cash Express at Mayfield Village Shopping Center located in Arlington, TX. Opening for LSI Wireless is slated for August, while opening for Ace Cash Express is slated for this month. Mid-America Asset Management (630-954-7300) signed a lease for 1,304 sq.ft. with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Chatham Village Square located at the intersection of 87th and Cottage Grove in south Chicago, IL. Enterprise Rent-A-Car currently operates 4,800 locations throughout the U.S., Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland. The company also signed the following leases at The Oaks of Oak Brook located at the intersection of Route 83 and 16th Street in Oak Brook, IL: 8,245 sq.ft. with European Furniture and Oriental Rugs and 1,750 sq.ft. with Dixon’s Restaurant. The company also signed a lease for 2,560 sq.ft. with U.S. Cellular at Riverview Plaza located at the intersection of Western Avenue and Roscoe Street in Chicago, IL. The center is anchored by Dominick’s Finer Foods, Walgreens and Toys "R" Us.Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a 10-year lease for 1,759 sq.ft. with Salon Belezza, an upscale hair and beauty spa, located at 47 West 42nd Street in midtown Manhattan of New York, NY. Opening is slated for the Fall. The salon is expanding to an urban market from two locations in Westchester, one in the Galleria in White Plains and the other in The Westchester Mall. Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) signed a lease for 1,673 sq.ft. with Sumatra Salon and Day Spa at The Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 232 Central Park Avenue in Virginia Beach, VA. The center is tenanted by Galyan’s Trading Co., P.F. Chang’s Bistro, The Men’s Warehouse, Cold Stone Creamery and California Pizza Kitchen. OliverMcMillan (619-321-1111) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank Clothiers and 7,500 sq.ft. with BRAVO! Cucina Italiana at The Glen Town Center, a mixed-use development located on the grounds of the former Naval Air Station in Glenview, IL. Jos. A. Bank currently operates 166 stores throughout 32 states. BRAVO! Development, Inc. operates 26 multiple, full-service restaurants throughout 10 states under the tradenames Cucina Italiana, BRIO, Tuscan Grille, Lindey’s Restaurant and Bon Vie Bistro. The Glen Town Center is the centerpiece of The Glen, a 1,100-acre master-planed residential and commercial redevelopment project. Anchors include Von Maur, Galyan’s, Market Foods and Espresso Cafe and Crown Theatres. Opening is slated for October. |
