Lease Signings

Stirling Properties (985-898-2022) signed the following leases: 30,186 sq.ft. with Ross Stores at Stirling 21 Shopping Center located at the intersection of Highway 21 and Interstate 12 in Mandeville, LA; 1,395 sq.ft. with Advance America at Palace Centre East Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 51 and Minnesota Park in Hammond, LA; 9,144 sq.ft. with Goldstar Beauty Supply and 12,600 sq.ft. with Aaron’s Rents at Westland Plaza Shopping Center located at 815 Ellis Avenue in Jackson, MS; and 2,000 sq.ft. with Advance America at Southwest Mall Shopping Center located at 1454 Delaware Avenue in McComb, MS.

Security Square Mall (410-265-5810) announced lease signings with the following four retailers: Baskin Robbins, Sunglass & Time Square, Kay Jewelers and Texas Barbecue. The mall features 120 stores and is anchored by Hecht’s, Sears, Burlington Coat Factory, Old Navy, International Furniture and AMC Theatres.

Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-355-6141) signed a lease with Sunshine Pack N Ship at Tel Rock Plaza in Flat Rock, MI. The company also signed a lease with Subway at West Tel Plaza in Brownstown, MI. The 23,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Mammoth Video and CVS.

Metro Commercial Real Estate (610-642-8253) signed a lease for 26,500 sq.ft. with Aldi at a space formerly occupied by Drug Emporium at 925 Easton Road in Abington, PA. Aldi operates 578 stores nationwide.

Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin (414-273-4600) signed the following leases; 1,800 sq.ft. with Marshall Salon Services at Garden Mall located at 3765 South 108th Street in Greenfield, WI; 5,110 sq.ft. with Hollywood Video at Festival Marketplace in De Pere, WI and 1,550 sq.ft. with Starbucks Coffee Co. at the intersection of Paradise Drive and Main Street in West Bend, WI. The company also signed a lease for 1,600 sq.ft. with The Extreme Pita at Lincoln Plaza located at 2251 South 108th Street in West Allis, WI. The company also signed a lease for 2,295 sq.ft. with Chipotle at 3232 South 27th Street in Milwaukee, WI. Opening is slated for the Spring.

The Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) signed the following leases: 4,751 sq.ft. with Old Harbor Bank at Countryside Place located at 2605 Enterprise Road in Clearwater, FL and 2,115 sq.ft. with Rosie’s Clam Shack at Buccaneer Plaza located at 6619 North 49th Street in Pinellas Park, FL.

The Krone Group, LLC (216-464-5900) signed the following leases: a 6,989 sq.ft. expansion of Williams-Sonoma and the addition of an 8,000 sq.ft. Pottery Barn Kids at La Place Fashion Centre in Beachwood, OH.

WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed the following leases: 1,777 sq.ft. with Wings N Things at Grapevine Town Center located at 1208 William D. Tate Avenue in Grapevine, TX and 1,762 sq.ft. with Wings 21 at Brandi Place located at 5340 Rufe Snow Drive in North Richland Hills, TX.

Friedman Real Estate Group (248-848-4174) signed a lease for 10,880 sq.ft. with Mr. Alan’s Men’s Bootery at the intersection of Clio and Pierson roads in Flint, MI. The space was formerly occupied by Rite Aid.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) signed a lease for 5,200 sq.ft. with Brook Hays Music Co. at Westgate Marketplace located at 1220 Fry Road in Houston, TX. Opening is slated for this month.

Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) signed a five-year lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Sign-A-Rama and a 5.5-year lease for 5,610 sq.ft. with Austin Tex Dance, Inc. at the Village Shopping Center located at 2700 West Anderson Lane in Austin, TX.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (804-643-4700) signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Check Into Cash at River Ridge Shopping Center located at the intersection of Jefferson Davis and River Ridge Road in Woodbridge, VA.

The Rappaport Cos. (571-382-1200) signed a lease for 1,280 sq.ft. with Out of Asia at Vienna Shopping Center located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Courthouse Road in Vienna, VA. The center is tenanted by 7-Eleven, Magruder’s and Tuesday Morning.

Baum Realty Group (312-666-3000) signed the following leases: 2,408 sq.ft. with Aerosoles at 2052 North Halsted Street in Chicago, IL; 2,750 sq.ft. with Chipotle Mexican Grill at 1023 West Belmont Avenue in Chicago; 1,600 sq.ft. with Gold Coast Dogs at Evanston Plaza located at the intersection of Dempster Street and Dodge Avenue in Evanston, IL; 3,000 sq.ft. with Kinko’s at Ram Plaza located on Higgins Road, just west of River Road, in Rosemont, IL; 4,396 sq.ft. with Panera Bread at Valparaiso Marketplace in Valparaiso, IN; and 2,100 sq.ft. with Fitigues at 26 East Andrews in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, GA.
