Lease Signings

Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) signed a lease for 5,169 sq.ft. with Mikasa at Somerset Shopping Center, a 213,588 sq.ft. center located on Routes 202/206 in Bridgewater, NJ. Cotenants include Linens ‘n Things, Barnes & Noble, Pier 1 Imports, Kids "R" Us, OfficeMax, Eastern Mountain Sports, Dots, Pearle Vision and T.G.I. Friday’s.

RMC Property Group (813-960-8154) signed the following leases throughout FL: 9,300 sq.ft. with Charity Bingo at Buccaneer Square in Tampa; 6,000 sq.ft. with Sports in Florida at Gainesville Shopping Center located 1206 North Main Street in Gainesville; 5,232 sq.ft. with Video USA at Disston Plaza in St. Petersburg; 5,094 sq.ft. with Healthsouth Corp. at Spring Hill Plaza located at 3037 Commercial Way in Spring Hill; 2,800 sq.ft. with Fitwise at the Rosewood Center in Tampa; 2,000 sq.ft. with H&R Block at Grove Park Shopping Center located at 1519 Highway 98 South in Lakeland; 1,890 sq.ft. with Nature’s Table Cafe and 1,200 sq.ft. with Firehouse Subs at the Seminole Mall located at 11201 Park Boulevard North in Seminole, FL.

Excess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) signed the following leases: Staples subleased 16,207 sq.ft. to Casual Lifestyles, Inc. at 468 Southbridge Street in Auburn, MA; Advance Auto subleased 8,118 sq.ft. to Mattress Emporium, LLC at 465 Ben Franklin Street in Indiana, PA; Eckerd subleased 1,900 sq.ft. to New Jersey Gym, Inc. at 440 U.S. Highway Route 130 North in Hightstown, NJ; Staples subleased 24,014 sq.ft. to Big Lots Stores, Inc. at 16074 McLoughlin Boulevard in Milwaukee, OR; Walgreens subleased 13,000 sq.ft. to Dollar General at 5615 Park Street in St. Petersburg, FL; Bi-Lo subleased 29,200 sq.ft. to World Gym at 549 North Expressway in Griffin, GA; Hollywood Video subleased 5,125 sq.ft. to Trailhead Cycling and Fitness at the intersection of Highway 169 and 114th Avenue in Champlin, MN and Eckerd subleased 10,080 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. at the intersection of Starkey Road and Bryan Dairy Road in Largo, FL.

Colliers Lanard &Axilbund (215-925-4600) signed a lease for 14,300 sq.ft. with Eckerd Corp. at 4055-4089 Market Street in Philadelphia, PA.

Sugarland Properties, Inc. (713-523-7900) signed a lease for 3,225 sq.ft. with Pei Wei Asian Diner at the Town Center Lakeside Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and Highway 6 in Sugar Land, TX.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) signed a lease for 15,143 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning at Thousand Oaks Center located at the intersection of Jones Maltberger and Thousand Oaks in San Antonio, TX. The company also signed a lease for 13,200 sq.ft. with Brook Mays Music Co. at Midpark Village located at 2613 West Loop 250 in Midland, TX. The company also signed three leases with The Vitamin Shoppe, including a 4,500 sq.ft. location at 18661 LBJ Freeway in Mesquite, TX; a 3,526 sq.ft. location at Shafer Plaza located at the intersection of Preston and Gaylord in Frisco, TX and a 4,000 sq.ft. store located at the intersection of Loop 288 and Brinker Road in Denton, TX.

Garrick-Aug Associates (212-557-9090) signed a lease for 800 sq.ft. with Lord John’s Shoes at 723 Third Avenue in New York, NY.

Divaris Real Estate (301-231-4877) signed a lease for 2,924 sq.ft. with Nam-Viet, a Vietnamese restaurant at Mount Vernon Village in Alexandria, VA. The center is cotenanted by My Organic Market, CVS and Blockbuster Video.

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed the following leases throughout NJ: with Radio Shack in Elmwood Park; Curves in West Orange and Denville; Instant Impressions in West Paterson; Golf USA in Paramus; and Dollarmania in West Caldwell.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 2,405 sq.ft. with Golf USA at Grant Creek Town Center in Missoula, MT. The center is anchored by Linens ‘n Things, T.J. Maxx and Famous Footwear.

Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Lemon Tree, a unisex hair salon, at Strathmore Commons, a center located in Middle Island, NY. The 70-store chain plans to open 20 more locations during the coming five years. The center is cotenanted by King Kullen, Tutor Time, Blockbuster Video and Subway.

McClinton & Co., Inc. (334-270-9653) signed the following leases at Festival Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Vaughn and Taylor Roads in Montgomery, AL: The Gazebo, Itemz, tJ. Riley’s, Sharon Skelton Interiors, Paper Moon and Mickleboro’s. CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (847-572-1400) signed a lease for 12,000 sq.ft. with Berean Christian Stores at Marketplace Shopping Center located at the intersection of Mannheim Road and Touhy Avenue in suburban Rosemont, IL. Berean Christian Stores currently operates 18 stores throughout seven states. The company also signed leases with OfficeMax for 20,000 sq.ft., Petco for 13,500 sq.ft. and Party City for 12,000 sq.ft. at Oswego Commons, a 500,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 34 and Douglas in Oswego, IL. The center is cotenanted Target, Home Depot, Dominick’s, T.J. Maxx and Famous Footwear. The company also signed a lease for 14,800 sq.ft. with Old Navy at Southwest Plaza on Veterans Parkway in Springfield, IL. The company also signed the following six leases for Valparaiso Marketplace located at the intersection of Route 2 and Silhavy Road in Valparaiso, IN: 4,400 sq.ft. with Panera Bread, 4,000 sq.ft. with American Mattress, 2,380 sq.ft. with Eyeglass Emporium, 2,030 sq.ft. with EB Games, 1,820 sq.ft. with Jenny Craig and 1,120 sq.ft. with Great Clips. The center is anchored by Target, Kohl’s, Home Depot and Barnes & Noble. CB Richard Ellis Tucson, LLC (520-323-5100) signed a lease for 13,287 sq.ft. with Artistic Beauty College at Wetmore Plaza located at 4343 North Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ.
