Lease Signings Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 1,290 sq.ft. with Creme Bistro & Wine Bar at Plaza Paseo Real located at 6955 El Camino Real in Carlsbad, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $256,610.40. The company also leased a total of approximately 36,232 sq.ft. at the Eastlake Village Marketplace located at 2295 Otay Lakes Road in San Diego, CA. The proposed Target, Lowe’s and Office Depot anchored center will include the following new tenants: a 5,000 sq.ft. Wells Fargo for a term of 15 years, a 4,000 sq.ft. Union Bank of California for a term of 15 years, a 5,300 sq.ft. Island’s Restaurant for a term of 20 years, a 5,058 sq.ft. Miguel’s Mexican Restaurant for a term of 15 years, a 3,316 sq.ft. Golf, Etc. for a term of five years., and a 3,058 sq.ft. Payless Shoes for a term of 10 years. DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) signed leases at Spring Valley Market Place located on Route 59 in Spring Valley, NY with GameStop, Yankee Candle and Cape Cod Crafters. Spring Valley Market Place is a 330,000 sq.ft. center with a daily traffic count of 121,000 vehicles. The center has spaces available of 1,500 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. The Grossman Cos., Inc. (617-472-2000) signed a lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Pier Pizza Co. at Kingstown Plaza, an 87,500 sq.ft. center located on Route 1, also known as Post Road, in North Kingstown, RI. The center is anchored by T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Dollar Tree. Pier Pizza currently operates RI locations in Wakefield and Narragansett. Robert K. Futterman (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Bose Corp. at the AOL Time Warner Center in New York, NY. The store, which is the company’s first Manhattan location, is slated for a Fall opening. The company also signed a lease for 4,800 sq.ft. with Dylan’s Candy Bar at the Roosevelt Field Mall, a 2.2 million sq.ft. mall in Garden City, NY. The lease is for 10 years. Opening is slated for this month. The store will include a party room for children’s candy-themed birthday parties. Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) signed the following leases: five years for 1,100 sq.ft. with L.A. Especial at the Plaza 50 Shopping Center located on Highway 50 East in Carson City, NV; three years for 10,597 sq.ft. with Dollar General and five years for 1,716 sq.ft. with Express Shipping Plus at the Spring Park Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of South Range Avenue and Interstate 12 West in Denham Springs, LA; and five years for 3,750 sq.ft. with Oklahoma Golf Services at the Plaza III Shopping Center located at 400 South Vermont in Oklahoma City, OK. The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed the following leases at Old Orchard Village, a 120,520 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Main Street and Old Orchard in Lewisville, TX: 1,800 sq.ft. with Teacher’s Apple, a retailer of teaching aids, and 780 sq.ft. with Jam’s Gaming Coliseum, a start-up provider of online and local network gaming. Glimcher Realty Trust (614-621-9000) signed a lease for 61,000 sq.ft. with Hobby Lobby Stores at Clarksville Plaza in Clarksville, IN. The space was formerly occupied by Service Merchandise.
