Exclusives Northern Realty Group (312-346-4000) is representing One Magnificent Mile located at 980 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL. The company also won retail leasing assignments at 311 South Wacker Drive and the Hyatt Center, which is under construction at 71 South Wacker Drive in Chicago. Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) was named exclusive agent by Milstein Brothers for 52,743 sq.ft. of lower level, ground floor and second level retail space at the soon-to-be built Times Square Plaza located at 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue in New York, NY. R.J. Brunelli & Co. (732-721-5800) signed agreements to represent the following companies in NJ: KinderCare Learning Centers, Lumiere Candles & Beyond, Quizno’s Subs and Work Out World. KinderCare appointed Brunelli as broker for Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Essex and Union Counties. Locations must have 10,000 sq.ft. of space and a playground of approximately 13,000 sq.ft; Lumiere, which prefers spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. in lifestyle centers, appointed Brunelli as broker for NJ, NY and PA; Quizno’s, which seeks freestanding locations, as well as shared pads and inline spaces in the 1,400 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. range, and community centers and regional malls, retained Brunelli as broker for Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties; Work Out World appointed Brunelli as broker for NJ, with a focus on Mercer and Middlesex Counties. Work Out World is seeking spaces from 21,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and strip centers. The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) will assist Jersey Mike’s Subs with the chain’s NJ expansion plans. The sub shops are seeking 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,400 sq.ft. spaces. |
