Lease Signings Childress Klein Properties, Inc. (704-342-9000) signed leases with Belle Ville and The Wine Room at The Promenade on Providence Shopping Center in South Charlotte, NC. Belle Ville will occupy a space of 2,088 sq.ft. while The Wine Room will occupy 1,333 sq.ft. Both leases are for five years. The center is anchored by Home Depot, CVS, Stein Mart, Linens ‘n Things, Pier 1 Imports, On the Border and Macaroni Grill. There is 45,000 sq.ft. available in Phase II of the shopping center. WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease for 2,541 sq.ft. with C&J Investments, Inc. for a COOLenJOY’s gelato and gourmet coffee restaurant at Cityview Centre Shopping Center located at 4750 Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth, TX. The company also completed a lease with Gallery of Gold. The 1,050 sq.ft. jewelry store will open next month at Midway Market at the intersection of Midway Road and Frankford Road in Dallas, TX. The space will be used for a jewelry store and is expected to open by April. Boyd Page (713-877-8400) signed the following leases in Houston, TX: 3,500 sq.ft. with Talbots at Champions Forest Plaza and 3,011 sq.ft. with TD Waterhouse Investor Services at Embassy Plaza Shopping Center. Erwin L. Greenburg Commercial Corp. (410-559-2500) recently signed a lease with Wild Birds Unlimited at The Village at Waugh Chapel in Crofton, MD. The store is located at the intersection of MD 3/301 and Waugh Chapel Road and is expected to open next month. NAI ISAAC Commercial Properties, Inc. (859-224-2000) recently represented Wal*Mart stores in the sub-lease of its Madisonville, KY and Mayfield, KY surplus properties. Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) recently completed the following transactions: 4,800 sq.ft. for 10 years with Just-A-Buck at The Wappinger Falls Shopping Center in Wappinger Falls, NY and 3,600 sq.ft. for 10 years with Just-A-Buck at Northvale Shopping Center in Northvale, NJ; 1,200 sq.ft. for 10 years with Angel Tips at ShopRite Shopping Center in Norwalk, CT; 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Mailboxes, Etc. at Airmont Shopping Center in Rockland County, NY; 11,500 sq.ft. for 10 years with Franks Big & Tall Men Shop at Middlebrook Shopping Center in Ocean Township, NJ; 1,000 sq.ft. with Cali Nails at Wal*Mart Supercenter in Topeka, KS and 1,800 sq.ft. with Subway at The Shops at Bay Street in Staten Island, NY and 1,500 sq.ft. with Subway in Plainfield, NJ.Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) represented San Marcos Village in San Marcos, CA in the leasing of 2,240 sq.ft. to Kim’s Vietnamese Noodle House. The lease is for five years and four months and a consideration of $167,430. The restaurant is expected to open during April. The company also represented Max’s 99 Cent Store in the leasing of 1,600 sq.ft. at Grossmont Center in La Mesa, CA. The lease is for 22 months and a consideration of $48,168. Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) signed a lease with PetsMart for a 21,600 sq.ft. store. The pet store will be located at Columbus Village East in Pembroke, VA and is expected to open during the Spring. Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) negotiated the following leases for Two Penn Center, located at the intersection of 15th Street and JFK Parkway in Philadelphia, PA: 2,550 sq.ft. with 7-11; 1,013 sq.ft. with Pizza Hut; 608 sq.ft. with Subway and 457 sq.ft. with US Digital. The company also negotiated the following leases for Festival at Hamilton Shopping Center in Mays Landing, NJ: 5,750 sq.ft. with Mattress Giant; 2,750 sq.ft. lease with The Hand Institute and 2,112 lease with Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins.
