Lease Signings ShopRite Co. (203-838-0504) signed leases with Tommy K’s Video and Advance Auto Parts at ShopRite Plaza, located on Pershing Drive in Derby CT. The company also recently signed leases with Petland Discounters, which has yet to open, along with Valley Medical Supply, Just a Buck and Angel Tip Nail Salon, which are currently open. Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (301-231-4877) signed a lease with Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. for 33,586 sq.ft. of land located at 15541 New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring, MD. Site Source Retail Network, Inc. (610-469-6999) recently completed the following leases: Family Dollar and American Home Patient in Rochester, NY; Subway, Jennifer Convertible, Aamoco and 6,000 sq.ft. for Famous Dave’s Bar B Que in NJ.Boston Properties (617-236-3300) extended its lease with Lord & Taylor at The Prudential Center in Boston, MA. The store, located at 760 Boylston Street, features approximately 125,000 sq.ft. of retail space. An exterior renovation is planned for next year. The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed the following leases in NJ: with Radio Shack in Elmwood Park; Instant Impressions in West Paterson; Curves in Denville and West Orange; Golf USA in Paramus and Dollarmania in West Caldwell. Hallmark & Johnson Property Management, Ltd. (773-545-6160) signed a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with The Pot of Gold at Lynn Plaza, a 100,000 sq.ft. center located on Dundee Road and Old McHenry Road in Wheeling, IL. The Pot of Gold is an upscale woman’s consignment resale boutique. |
