Lease Signings

Tulepan Management (954-603-0455) signed the following leases at Somerset Shoppes located in Boca Raton, FL: 3,000 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless; 3,700 sq.ft. with Casual Male; 1,450 sq.ft. with EB Games and 1,276 sq.ft. with Jersey Mikes. The company also signed a lease for 1,543 sq.ft. with Cold Stone Creamery at Catalina Centre in Boynton Beach, FL.

Feldman Equities, Inc. (516-684-1239) signed a lease for 225,000 sq.ft. with Bass Pro Shops at Harrisburg East Mall, an 840,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 83 and Paxton Street in Harrisburg, PA. The center is anchored by Hecht’s and Boscov’s.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 650 sq.ft. with Games Workshop Ltd. at 175 West 72nd Street in New York, NY. The lease is for 10 years.

Michael Salove Co. Commercial Real Estate (610-664-8100) signed the following leases at Quartermaster Plaza, a 500,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 23rd and Oregon in Philadelphia, PA: Home Depot, BJ’s Wholesale Club, PetsMart, Staples, A.J. Wright, Old Country Buffet, Fleet Bank, Walgreens, Children’s Place and Wendy’s. Stores are slated to open at the development during late 2004.

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Urgent Money Services at Fiesta Palms I Shopping Center located at 1125 West Baseline Road in Mesa, AZ.

The Woodmont Co. (214-979-0430) signed a lease for 1,240 sq.ft. with Advance America at Shoppes of Weatherford Shopping Center located at the intersection of Interstate 20 and State Highway 171 in Weatherford, TX.

Planned Community Developers, LLC (713-523-7900) signed a lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank Clothiers at Kingwood Commons Shopping Center, a 177,000 sq.ft. center located on Kingwood Drive at the corner of Loop 494 in Kingwood, TX. Jos. A. Bank will be located in the 78,000 sq.ft. lifestyle section, or Phase III.

Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (904-354-1789) signed the following leases: 10,250 sq.ft. with Family Dollar Stores, Inc. at Moncrief Plaza Shopping Center, a 24,000 sq.ft. center located at 3000 Moncrief Road in Jacksonville, FL; and 1,800 sq.ft. with Talk of the Town Deli and Catering at Southpoint Plaza Shopping Center located at 6426 Bowden Road in Jacksonville, FL.

Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) signed the following leases throughout FL: 973 sq.ft. for five years with Central Nail Salon at Publix at Avalon Park located in Orlando; 8,280 sq.ft. with New Century Buffet for a location at 2185 U.S. 1 South in St. Augustine and 9,057 sq.ft. New Century Buffet at 779 Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville.
