Lease Signings

OliverMcMillan (619-321-1111) signed a lease for 10,000 sq.ft. with ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. at The Glen Town Center, a 450,000 sq.ft. center located at the former Naval Air Station in Glenview, IL. The 1,200-acre master-planned community is anchored by Von Maur Department Store, Galyan’s, Crown Theatres, Book Market at Hangar One and Market Foods and Espresso Cafe.

Sunrise Mall (516-795-3550) signed the following leases: 1,960 sq.ft. with City Source-Ladies and Kids; 1,045 sq.ft. with Galaxy Nails; 6,090 sq.ft. with Halloween Scene; 8,828 sq.ft. with Paramount Decorators and 2,073 sq.ft. with Sakura Restaurant. The mall is located at the intersection of Sunrise Highway and Carmans Road in Massapequa, NY.

RMC Property Group (813-960-8154) signed the following leases throughout FL: 22,200 sq.ft. with Beall’s Outlet at Indian Rocks Shopping Center located at 12030 Indian Rocks Road in Indian Rocks; 2,925 sq.ft. with Buck Stop and 2,000 sq.ft. with The Encore Shop at Palm Center located at 4311 South Florida Avenue in Lakeland; 2,500 sq.ft. with Westshore Pizza at Hernando West Plaza located at 1470 Pinehurst Drive in Spring Hill; 2,400 sq.ft. with Signs Now at Cortez Commons located at 5710 Cortez Road West in Bradenton; 1,890 sq.ft. with Nature’s Table Cafe and 1,200 sq.ft. with Dollar Cloud at Publix Center of St. Cloud located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 92 and Kissimmee Park Road in St. Cloud; 1,775 sq.ft. with Bon Worth at Seminole Mall located at 11201 Park Boulevard North in Seminole; 1,600 sq.ft. with Contours Express Fitness Center and 1,200 sq.ft. with Christian Life Resource Center at Western Way Shopping Center located at 12997 Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville.; 1,500 sq.ft. with Wine Warehouse at East Lake Woodlands Plaza located at 3438 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor; and 1,500 sq.ft. with Nails & Accessories at Wal*Mart Plaza located at 2615 North West 13th Street in Gainesville.

Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (630-654-8900) signed the following leases throughout IL: 3,500 sq.ft. with Kinko’s at Brentwood Cove in Joliet; 1,123 sq.ft. with Tutoring Club at Rose Plaza in Hoffman Estates; 2,000 sq.ft. with Benchmark at The Oaks in Des Plaines and 3,800 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at Pace Setter in South Holland.

Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage, LLC (312-516-5700) signed a 6,056 sq.ft. lease with Chernin’s Shoe Outlet at Westfield Shoppingtown Northwest Plaza in St. Ann, MO.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 5,800 sq.ft. with L’Occitane en Provence at 92 Prince Street in New York, NY.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) signed a lease for 7,200 sq.ft. with Dollar General at Bermuda Crossroads Marketplace located in Chester, VA. The company also signed a lease with Mobile Streams, Inc. at Moorefield V located in Richmond, VA.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) completed negotiations for the leases of two stores and one acquisition for Conn’s Appliances. All three stores are former Service Merchandise locations in Dallas, TX; Richardson, TX and Lewisville, TX. The stores range in size from 30,000 sq.ft. to 33,420 sq.ft.

Childress Klein Properties, Inc. (704-343-4327) signed a lease for 1,187 sq.ft. with Calico Closet, a children’s clothing store, for five years at the Promenade on Providence Shopping Center in south Charlotte, NC. Phase III leasing opportunities are now available.

Excess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) signed the following transactions: Eckerd subleased 9,760 sq.ft. to Dollar General at 2202 North Young Boulevard in Chiefland, FL and Walgreens subleased 14,682 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree Stores at 4322 Elm Street in McHenry, IL.

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (804-643-4700) signed a lease for 9,354 sq.ft. with Unfinished Furniture at Colonial Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of The Boulevard and Ellerslie Avenue in Colonial Heights, VA. The center is cotenanted by Ukrop’s, Peebles, Blockbuster Video and Dollar Tree.

Gallery Place Associates (203-338-5200) signed the following leases at Gallery Place, a center that includes 230,000 sq.ft. of office space and 260,000 sq.ft. of retail space and 192 residential condominiums in Washington, DC: 22,000 sq.ft. with Clyde’s restaurant; 10,000 sq.ft. with Paulo’s Ristorante; 10,000 sq.ft. with City Sports; 20,000 sq.ft. with Washington Sports Club, a health and fitness center; 65,000 sq.ft. with Regal Entertainment Group for a 14-screen theater; 60,000 sq.ft. with Jillian’s, a restaurant and entertainment facility and 10,000 sq.ft. with United Colors of Bennetton.

Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) signed a lease for 2,822 sq.ft. with Sylvan Learning Center at the Skyridge Plaza, a center located at State Highway 35 in Round Rock, TX.
