(314-968-9898) signed the following leases throughout MO: 9,000 sq.ft. with Deal$ Nothing Over a Dollar at Cross Keys located at the intersection of Lindbergh Boulevard and New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant; 6,400 sq.ft. with Home Accents of Missouri at Manchester Center located at 14248 Manchester Road in Manchester; 4,546 sq.ft. with CiCi’s Pizza at Gravois Plaza located at 3562 Gustine Avenue in St. Louis; 2,800 sq.ft. with Planet Sub at Central Plaza located at 15307 Manchester Road in Ballwin; 2,800 sq.ft. with Oberweis Dairy and 1,400 sq.ft. with Starbucks at Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Mexico Road in St. Peters; 2,500 sq.ft. with Oberweis Dairy at Ballwin Village located at 15057 Manchester Road in Ballwin; 2,480 sq.ft. with Rugs by Saga, Inc. at Woodcrest Shopping Center located at 12283 Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur; 14,000 sq.ft. with Deal$ Nothing Over a Dollar at Sunshine Corners in Springfield, MO. Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) signed a five-year lease for 900 sq.ft. with Gallery of Arts at Rancho Penasquitos Towne Centre located at 13233-2 Black Mountain Road in San Diego, CA. The company also signed a 15-year lease with Chili’s at the San Diego Sports Arena retail project in San Diego, CA. The company also signed a lease for 5,145 sq.ft. with Western Beauty Supply at 6375 El Cajon Boulevard in San Diego, CA. The lease is for 63 months and a consideration of $360,366.

RD Management Co. (212-265-6600) signed a lease for 5,400 sq.ft. with Colorama Rental Center at a 107,900 sq.ft. center located in Richmond, KY. The center is anchored by Kroger.

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (520-323-5100) signed a lease for 750 sq.ft. with Nails Rap Three at Plaza Escondido located at 7870 North Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ.
