Lease Signings Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) signed a lease for 161,664 sq.ft. with Lowe’s Home Improvement at Quarry Place, a 215,164 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 85 in Milford, MA. Opening is slated later this year.
Simon Property Group (317-636-1600) signed a lease for 43,000 sq.ft. with Kerasotes Theatres at Muncie Plaza in Muncie, IN. Kerasotes will build a 12-screen movie complex, which will open during Summer of 2005.
General Growth Properties (312-960-5000) signed a lease for 280,000 sq.ft. with Bass Pro Shops at River Falls Mall located in Clarksville, IN. Opening is slated for Fall 2005.
Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. (248-848-4174) signed a lease with Brinker International for a Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant at 2085 West Big Beaver Road in Troy, MI. The space was formerly occupied by Rio Bravo. Construction is slated to begin this Spring, with completion slated for the Fall.
Mall Properties, Inc. (212-935-1330) signed leases with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and Texas Steakhouse & Saloon at Mercury Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Mercury Boulevard and Power Plant Parkway in Hampton, VA. Opening for both restaurants is slated for the Fall 2004.
Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) signed a lease for 1,295 sq.ft. with Prestige Nails & Spa at PB Marketplace, a center located at 4343 Mission Boulevard in San Diego, CA. The lease is for five years and a consideration of $271,950.
Sugarland Properties, Inc. (713-523-7900) signed a lease for 1,963 sq.ft. with Foot Solutions at First Colony’s Town Center Lakeside. Town Center Lakeside is a 43-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and Highway 6 in Sugar Land, TX.
Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments (480-888-0888) signed a three-year lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Jeep Ney Asian Bistro and a three-year lease for 4,800 sq.ft. with Von Hanson’s Meat at Alma School Village located at 2390 Alma School Road in Chandler, AZ.
Jones Lang LaSalle (212-812-5700) signed an eight-year lease for 5,717 sq.ft. with fashion designer Eskandar at 35 East 10th Street, a cooperative apartment building between University and Broadway, in New York, NY. Eskandar will occupy spaces of 3,435 sq.ft. on the ground floor and 2,282 sq.ft. of basement space for its first U.S. store.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed the following two leases at Doubletree Shopping Center, a 140,000 sq.ft. center located on Delsea Drive in Glassboro, NJ: a total of 4,900 sq.ft. with Curves for Women and Image Sun Tanning Salon. The center is anchored by Four Seasons Fitness and Fashion Bug.
Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (804-643-4700) signed a lease for 4,800 sq.ft. with Red Wing Shoe Store at Midlothian Crossing Shopping Center located at 8513 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA. Cotenants include Big Lots, Goodwill and Unfinished Furniture Mart. The company also signed a lease for 1,300 sq.ft. with Contour Express at Wal*Mart Way Crossing II Shopping Center located at 1434 Sam’s Drive in Chesapeake, VA. Cotenants include CiCi’s Pizza and Premier Soccer.
WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease for 3,200 sq.ft. with Castle Dental Cleaners of Texas, Inc. at Arbrook Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of Matlock Road and Arbrook Boulevard in Arlington, TX.
McCollom Realty, Ltd. (708-383-6450) signed the following leases: 41,348 sq.ft. with Family Farm & Home, Inc. at 708 Broadway in Peru, IN; 14,259 sq.ft. with Walgreens at the intersection of U.S. Highway 35 and Clapaugh Drive in Knox, IN; 2,700 sq.ft. with Inventive Mortgage at 4304 Lincoln Highway in Matteson, IL and 1,000 sq.ft. with Morini Meat Market & Deli at 1103 East 31st Street in LaGrange Park, IL.
Excess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) completed the following transactions: Walgreens subleased 13,000 sq.ft. to Pawn Partners Tuscan II at 1635 West Valencia Road in Tucson, AZ; Bi-Lo subleased 17,922 sq.ft. to The Children’s Dental Clinic of Florence at South Irby Street in Florence, SC; Winn-Dixie subleased 31,547 sq.ft. to Save More Superstores, Inc. at 5033 Dick Pond Road in Socastee, SC; Walgreens subleased 13,500 sq.ft. to Dolgencorp, Inc. at 239 South Bolingbrook Drive in Bolingbrook, IL and Eckerd subleased 1,600 sq.ft. to Sprint Spectrum at 741 Blackhorse Pike in Turnersville, NJ. |
